Great for MTHFR gene issues.
I take methylfolate as I can’t metabolize regular folic acid due to my compound heterozygous (C677T) MTHFR gene issue. Bluebonnet is a trusted brand, so this was a no brainer. I’ve been using Bluebonnet supplements for my son for over 20 years.
