At first it tasted like medicine. Terrible. But now I like the flavor a lot. I take it every day but you have to take it with food. If I take it without food it gives me the runs. Sometimes I get this and the seal is open. Making the vitamins hard. Quality can sometimes be very off. I have it on a subscription. But when it’s sealed well, it’s super soft and tasty.

If you can get past the terrible taste I’m sure these are great vitamins and you have to take 4 of them. The taste of vitamins is so dominate you can hardly taste berry flavor. They don’t smell good either. It’s understandable with all the vitamins that’s packed in it, I never gave it a thought. Being that this is a brand I trust for vitamins. I think next time I’ll just get the tablet, at least you only need to take one. The % is greater and it covers way more days.

Just bought another one today. I took the last vitamins in my other bottle. I'm glad they are chewable and taste great. I'm glad it is also Organic. Nice.

Highly recommended. I'm a vegetarian born with autoimmune disease and it is the only vitamin that supports my health. Flavor is okay, but when it comes to what works, who cares. Great product. Highly recommended.

Background: 49 yr old reviewer here, 99% sure I'm perimenopausal. Extremely high-stress, overly demanding job, frequently work 7 days a week. So I need as much energy and balance as I can get. I've tried many multivitamins. I cannot swallow large pills, so choices are limited. I genuinely feel that this vitamin works, I felt a difference when I stopped for about a week and started again. More energy, in general just a better feeling overall. Best tasting vitamin gummy I've found. First few seconds have that vitamin flavor, but that quickly disappears with fruit flavors which are pleasant. The texture is less squishy like most gummy vitamins, which I actually prefer. It reminds me of pate de fruit consistency. I think it's worth the price for both quality and the fact that I don't have to eat an unpalatable vitamin. And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I've taken. As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily. Yes, I usually have to gently bang the bottle again to loosen them up, but I've find storing them sideways makes it easier. It's not ideal, but these vitamins are worth the effort.
