Works well, i did add a heater that I had to get elsewhere. Probably not needed but I'm all about overkill!

Worth the premium price!
Excellent machine and worth the premium. We pack about 200-400 boxes per day and these machines are fantastic. No issues whatsoever.

Just excellent
This is an excellent machine, even for just home use. I knew it perhaps was going to be overkill for my home-based online auction business but I don't regret it. It's on the large side but I can still move it around. I don't even use the white water tank most of the time, I just fill the black trough with some water when I need to. I also pour out the water and let the brushes and everything dry between uses, if I think I won't need to use it in a few days. Clean tape cuts and repeatable lengths make my packages professional. It's so easy to use, and reinforced gummed paper tape is way more secure than using plastic tape on corrugated boxes, not to mention a lot more environmentally friendly. Now I refuse to use plastic tape on any cardboard boxes and only use plastic tape on things like poly mailers.
