Original product...You know the name is enough....working fine without any problem........its 12 inch size is enough for extra bass for hometheatre usage and the design is perfect...having 1500 watt thunder bass with my 500W powered jbl amplifier..... i installed this subwoofer and amplifier along with my sony ht iv 300 home theatre sound system for extra thumbing bass.......purchased a 15A 12 v powersupply of trident from amazon which is handling the necessary power needs perfectly without any voltage dropping........The connections were pretty simple and ease of use....... the build quality of the JBL subwoofer is premium without any issue.........the big enclosure purchased was awesome having good punching bass effect.......Overall u have to select the compatible amplifier and enclosure to extract the full performance otherwise it is useless.......... The only issue is from the family members and neighbours complaining constantly about the thumbing bass performance of this JBL subwoofer.........🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have been researching on woofers before buying this, had been using Pioneer champion series DVC before this. I was confused which subwoofer to buy for my sedan car. after so much research I had 2 options Pioneer to buy again or JBL SVC. I read so many blogs, saw many youtube videos and finally came to a conclusion that in my budget (max 3.5K) JBL 1500 watts is the best option and when I got fixed in my car it was the really the best. I you guys want to have a good quality, low frequency BASS and a very subtle smooth BASS which do not annoy anyone else sitting in your car, Blindly go for JBL. Believe me I had used local made woofers, JBL 1150 watts, JBL 1200 watts, Pioneer DVC champion series and now this. I would highly recommend JBL any series, and if you are bass freak then 1500watts is the best. Please ensure that you connect it to a good quality high RMS amplifier and a good quality redwood Woofer box. BOX and AMP are equally important guys. good luck.
