So we did not use this product for its intended purpose, but instead chose it to convert our shower head into a water-inlet for our portable washing machine. The hose and connectors provided with our machine only allowed for hookup in the kitchen, which is just not a solution for us. This is the perfect device to be able to hook the inlet up to where the shower hose is normally connected and then have a leak-proof connector for the back of the machine. Comes with a super sturdy hose and all the adapters you could possibly need to make that situation work, also a great price for the quality.

Hey , it was great . Not as flexible as some but the sheath gives me confidence that it won't burst. No leaks and choice of lengths. I went with the longest so I could pull the dishwasher all the way out.

Leak free if use Teflon tape on the one end of 3/8” male elbow that threads into water inlet valve (the end of the elbow that connects to the water supply line does not require any Teflon tape as the gasket in the compression fitting creates a water tight seal). So after wrapping Teflon tape clockwise around threads (about 2.5 times) of only the one end of the elbow that connects to the water inlet valve and then hand tighten and then one additional 1/2 turn with wrench (as indicated in instructions on packaging) it is leak free. So 5 stars from me, good kit, worth the money, thanks. PS I bought 8 foot hose so I would be able to easily connect machine outside of the bay and feel it was good length to use for my setup but 6 feet would have probably still worked but would have had to have dishwasher partially or completely pushed back in bay before making connections.
