Bad product and poor customer service
I purchased the bundle at the end of April. It was installed and worked after installation. It wasn’t put to the test until a month later. After being on for a longer period of time, the unit went haywire and continued to reboot. It was hell contacting Simrad, and Amazon customer service was no help. All because I just missed the 30 day window. After a week, the manufacturer finally reached out to me,(via email because their phone number doesn’t work) and will repair or replace the unit. That is after I send it in, they check it out, either repair or replace it. It will take several weeks for this to occur. Don’t be like me and purchase a unit online, especially for the cost. If it’s faulty, it will be a nightmare getting it repaired.
