I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and the subsequent poor support I have received from both Amazon and the manufacturer. My intent is to highlight the critical issues I have faced, in the hope that corrective actions will be taken to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future. Product Details: Product: iBell Pedestal Fan Purchase Date: January 16th Warranty Period: 2 years Return Period: 7 days (already passed) Issue Date: January 30th Issue Description: I purchased an iBell pedestal fan from Amazon on January 16th for an old age home during peak summer. Unfortunately, the fan stopped working just 14 days later, on January 30th. Despite the product being under a 2-year warranty, the return period of 7 days had already lapsed. When I attempted to contact the manufacturer directly, it took multiple attempts before receiving a response via WhatsApp. They requested product photos and an issue description, which I promptly provided, stating the fan had ceased functioning without apparent reason. Manufacturer Response: After waiting for 10 days, I received a package containing only the motor of the fan, with no explanation or instructions. Upon inquiring, I was told there are no service centers in Coimbatore and that I should fix the fan myself and claim a reimbursement of up to 300 INR. This solution is unacceptable, especially considering the fan's purpose and the urgency of the situation. Amazon Customer Support Experience: My attempts to seek support from Amazon were equally frustrating. I had to explain my issue repeatedly to at least 5-6 representatives who struggled with understanding English and my concerns. Rather than receiving support, I felt that Amazon was more inclined to protect the interests of the seller and manufacturer. Problem Statement: It is unacceptable for a manufacturer or supplier to fail in providing warranty support in a major metro area like Coimbatore, yet still be allowed to sell their products nationwide on Amazon. There was no prior indication or disclaimer that warranty services would be unavailable in specific regions, leading to a serious gap in customer service. I suspect this gap is being exploited to offload defective products in regions where warranty claims are unlikely to be honored. My Request: Manufacturer: Provide warranty service in my area or arrange for product pickup from my location. Nominate a service center in Coimbatore or offer a full replacement for the defective product. Seller: If the manufacturer fails to provide the required support, the seller should be restricted from selling their products on Amazon until these issues are resolved. Amazon: Issue an official notice to sellers prohibiting the sale of products that do not honor their warranty terms. Ensure that customer reports regarding non-compliance with warranty terms by manufacturers are taken seriously and acted upon promptly. Call for Action: I urge Amazon to take immediate action to address this issue and prevent future occurrences for other customers, do not encourage such manufactures or sellers who is unable to keep-up their trust. Unless my warranty issue is resolved, I would request Amazon to block iBell product from your product listing where still they are deceiving the customers with the same useless warranty policy. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this issue.

Low noise and big size. Makes a best combination for pedestal fan. Liked the product.

Like the lightweight and speed of air flow. Worth buying

Fan was very cheap in quality and i had paid almost 4000INR for this where i can buy very good quality fan in local market in between 2000-2500 INR. Strongly recommend don’t buy this fan. I had used many other products of iBell and i was very impressed with the quality all the time. But this time it was wastage of money

Base to stand connection is weak, fan stand is not upright, it is in slightly tilted position
