This shoulder brace does provide relief from shoulder joint pain. I was pleasantly surprised how well it supported the joint by supporting the weight of the arm at the bicep, and from the collar bone area over the top of shoulder. The design basically relieves pain by isolating any weight on the joint. The brace is well constructed with only two Velcro straps easily adjusted. Very good value.

Rarely write reviews, so clearly I’m not happy: 1) The sleeve on the arm is very and rises over the bicep. Even though I have tightened too tight. Not as the picture portrays. 2) The material is not breathable, if you train in it both you and the support will be excessively wet. The material maybe good if it was used in thermal under clothing!! 3) Due to the material and design this support is no good for training in and does not offer good support at all. The support maybe ok if you live in very cold weather and intend not moving a lot while wearing. I’ve worn shoulder supports for years due to a rugby injury and never had issues like this. There is a reason it is cheap!!

Me gusto el producto, se ajusto muy bien a mi hombro, se ve y se siente de buena calidad, buenos materiales.

Está muy bien manufacturado. Las costuras son de buena calidad y el Velcro tiene buen agarre. La forma de ajusta muy bien a mi pecho y brazo y es fácil controlar la presión del soporte. Compré el de talla regular y mido 1.83, 87 Kg. El único detalle que creo podría mejorar es que la correa para biceps podría quedar algo corta para algunas personas. Lo estoy utilizando para ayudarme en mis actividades por atrofia muscular después de una cirugía de hombro y me queda justo. Muy seguramente cuando recupere mi tono regular no me quedará.

very well made support. Unfortunately a bit large for my 5'4" 110 pound wife. Had to fold over the chest strap several times and duct tape it to shorten it for her. She did say the fit was very good and supportive. Replaced it with another brand that had an extra small size. Might end up using this one with the shorter strap from the XS again. She is still experimenting.
