10 out of 10 Love meringue but struggle to get it right? Need the irredeemable for royal Icing? This is for you! I actually bought it to use in soap frosting but hasn't used it yet. I was making pies for my group and messed up the egg whites. Then I remembered I had this. It started out looking a mess. It took more than 5 minutes of beating high speed for it to look like it was going to work. Then it started to really whip. By the 9 minute mark it was wonderful thick sturdy meringue. It baked beautifully and tastes delicious * 2 important notes #1 I used a kitchen aid. Probably much better results than if I used a hand mixer. #2 I didn't realize until the 2nd batch that I had used 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup (didn't even know I have a 3/4 cup scoop). It turned out perfect. I then made a 2nd batch the same with great results. I had just 1/2 cup left and beat it with 1/4 cup water. So if you measure correctly, you'll get 2 batches from the package. But you can get by using less. My only negative is the price. It works out as $5-7+ per pie. Which is quite a bit to add on. I'll try to remember to come back, if there's any left, to let you know how it holds up.

This was great, had a nice strawberry flavor and a pretty pink color. It makes it so easy to make merinque cookies. Highly recommend

I am just getting into the realm of making frosted sugar cookies. I wanted to pick it up as a hobby and this was a great price point, so I figured I would give it a try and the reviews were great. This made the process super easy. I didn’t have any problem with consistency, no texture issues, nothing. Highly recommend and will be purchasing when I finish my bag.

Loveee this! Since hobby lobby took away their meringue powder and (has brought it back) it’s not the same as it used to be and this is a great addition! This is my second time buying!

I am very use to the Wilton mix and the taste of this is different from that. Made my normal Christmas cookies that everyone loves but I don’t love that the frosting tastes different. Product worked as should but just note it tastes different than wilton

I have used this for years to make royal icing for my sugar cookies, and it always turns out great. Honestly I have no idea if the quality/type of meringue powder really makes a huge difference, but I've always been happy with the turnout.

I've never made royal icing before and I was always a little intimidated but this stuff was delicious and made it effortless. When I make royal icing again I will be buying this again.

The powder works great and has a delicious flavor. I have made icing and baked cookies and topping for lemon pie. BUT the packaging directions are are based on 1 C of the powder, and they only package enough for one full recipe, so you never have enough to make 2 batches of anything. While they may have thought this was a clever ploy to keep you purchasing, I won't be purchasing again. Buyer beware.
