Ordered this due to weakness from cancer treatment and I was very satisfied withthis purchase. its sturdy and easy to remove for other members of the family It was packages well so we could take it out and use right away.. It made my life so much easier during a difficult time

Very easy to assemble and install and provided the stability my mom required

Unable to use.
This product was not as expected. Difficult to install, and not sturdy. I am very disappointed with this product and wish I had never ordered it.

A little tricky for Assembly
The first one of this model that I purchased did NOT have the holes cut correctly for assembly so I had to return to get another one which was much better. The instructions for assembly could be better as it is a bit tricky getting the legs and handles connected, even with the correctly cut holes. Once it was together, this worked great with my toilet and bathroom spacing, and was very stable. Easy to clean.

Difficulty fitting to bowl.
Though sturdy and easy to assemble had difficulty with adjusting heigh to fit bowl. Some expanded directions or You Tube video instructional video would help. Thanks.

Works great
Excellent and very sturdy. Took a little encouragement to get one leg in. Ended up purchasing a second one as well.

Does not clamp on so doesn't feel secure.
Does not feel sturdy. Does not clamp on the bowl, just kind of rests against it. Not much room between handles. Probably better than a seat alone without legs? We are switching to a safety frame over the toilet for more stability.
