Iron quality is good, works very well. Did not left any unbroken lines on clothes. But all of sudden Iron got stopped working within an year and I get it replaced.. service is good. Service department is good and change the iron easily Agent helped me Asma Rico.

Performance wise it is top notch. Only issue is cord is short at 1.5 mtrs. The specifications on Amazon mentioned cord length as 1.65 to 2 mtrs. Also cord is attached to right side instead of centre. Hence cord always comes in the way while using or keeping on stand. Just because of this small issue, I'm giving 1 star less.
