Product was excellent.

These fit better and they are more comfortable than brands that I have used in the past. The way they're designed, which is pretty clever, makes them leak-proof. I am pleased!

Updated 1-star review: The sides rip way too easily!!! I’m wasting pairs because the sides rip when I first put them on, then continue ripping while I’m moving around. I’m in the middle of the size range. The absorbent pad is also too skinny. One side slides over into a wedgie when I walk. They do leak when I’m lying on my back. I had high hopes for these. Original 3-star review: One photo says “Super absorbent protection all day & night” leading me to believe these would be okay for night time. They are not okay for night time. The absorbent padding on the back only comes up to about 3 inches from the top of my gluteal cleft. No way will this catch urine while I’m lying on my back or side. They do seem to handle a full release while standing if I go slow. The packaging sure is different from the photos. (I don’t want to wear the overnight Because pull-ons because they only come in white. Goodnites XXL are my go-to for now.)

I have used Because products for several years and I think they are better than other products I have tried. They were charging me a fee of some klind in addition to the product cost so I stopped ordering from them directly and started ordering from Amazon instead! No extra charge with Amazon. No incontinence product is perfect I have found but this one is worth a try.

I ordered a bag of these to test by mistake--Amazon kept suggesting them and I ignored them as I've not been happy with the Because products, but I finally decided to try them. I missed "women" in the description as it was cut off (I got " Because Premium Maximum Absorbency Adult Incontinence and Postpartum Bladder Leak Un..."), and I am male. I had assumed it was a unisex product. But that's okay. Many Men's products don't work for me because of the details of my disease so I decided to try the sample bag anyway and see. First off, they have very good elastic and the color is good. I never cared about how things like this looked as my goal is not to be seen in them anyway, but I started paying attention as it was pointed out to me that sometimes the white waistband of my "underwear" would show above my trousers at work when I was leaning over or had to crawl on the floor, and in particular with the white ones it can be obvious that they are an incontinence product. The black ones aren't nearly as noticeable, so these work well there. It's nice that the elastic holds up well, this is a common failure point. The cut is very, very female-centric so it is uncomfortable for a male as there is not a lot of room for external genitalia, but that is not the fault of the product. But be aware of this. It is also cut more for a female pelvis than a male one. There's no absorbency in the front which is to be expected. But there is no absorbency in the back either, so if you have any sort of anal leakage or if you are a woman and you have urinary incontinence laying down, there basically no protection here. The absorbent region is positioned like a small sanitary pad, and would absolutely not be something that could hold more than light urine leakage. I imagine if you get a bit of leakage when you cough or sneeze, the sort of pelvic-floor leakage common in women, these would work. The image on the Amazon webpage shows a pant with a white absorbent panel going way up the back. This image bears no resemblance to what I received. Mine had a small absorbent pd built into the perineal/gusset area, and that is all. But, if you have any incontinence more than that where you need absorbency over that, I don't think these would be a good choice. "Maximum" seems to be a misnomer. I had to use protective underwear products intended for females once before out of desperation whilst traveling and they had a lot more absorbent material positioned higher in the rear of the pant than these. At least on me the back of the pad barely made it to the anal area. So, I think if your need is for light cough/sneeze problems are female they may work well for you. The appearance is good for something like this, so that helps. People could see a glance of them under a hospital gown or skirt and have no idea they weren't black cloth underwear. But no matter the gender, if you have any sort of incontinence that couldn't be handled with a small sanitary pad (not even a larger incontinence pad), these aren't the right choice for you. Giving three stars because the construction is decent and a lot of women could use this product. No more than three because it's not "maximum" at all.

I have used this brand for along time. Never had a problem before. Now I am having the side seams to split. This is happening on both sides. Making it imposibele to use this product. Until this problem is corrected I won’t be ordering again. This has happened on the last 4 bags of 20 I ordered. All of them were the same. Splitting on the side seams. Very disappointed.
