If I could give 10 stars this product would get it. This has to be one of the best purchases I have made through amazon and I buy a ton of stuff from amazon so that's saying something. The product actually went above and beyond my expectations. First of all, the quality is AWESOME. The wood is nice and polished and fancy and so is the metal name plate. Also, it is bigger in real life than I expected, and in a good way because it makes the name easier to read from farther away. The size really is perfect. Finally, the seller is very professional; the lady who handled my order (Lisa something) contacted me ASAP and even sent me a photo of how my product would look, customized, to make sure it was made exactly how I wanted with no problems. Awesome. Definitely recommend this product from this seller.

I wanted a new name plate for my future daughter-in-law's desk at school. I ordered several personalized gifts with her new name, but this by far is the nicest! The wood is a beautiful contrast to the rich-looking gold and black plate. Her new name is short..only 4 letters....and I was concerned about the spacing but it is perfect. Also, it is much heavier and sturdier than I expected. Perfect for an "active" desk. For the very reasonable price, I never expected it to be of such high quality. Do not hesitate to order, and I will definitely order from this seller again.

The name plate was beautiful. It looks like it cost more than it did. Dealing with the company was very pleasant too. They sent me an email a day or so after I submitted my order on Amazon, asking me to email them back with what I wanted written on the name plate. I didn't have a chance to get back to them that day, and the next day they sent me a reminder. I like that they are really on top of things! I received the name plate maybe a week later, and like I said it's beautiful. Highly polished and a good weight. My son is a new English teacher, and I know he'll love it on his desk!

I rarely write reviews, but had to for this one. This is a great value, very solid, and pretty. The person who received it loved it. But what really impressed me was the customer service. I submitted an order and a short while later changed my mind about what exactly I had wanted on the name plate. I contacted them figuring that they hadn't yet made it, to change the order. They responded promptly and I was told that it was already made, but that "we've got your back", and they made a new one at no charge!

I am glad I chose this seller for the product is nice. It is a little confusing that you actually have to buy it first then you receive an email to reply to, with what you want on the Name Plate. But it seems like a sturdy Name Plate and I think my husband will be happy.

The seller was great with communicating with me when I had some questions about the product and customization. From what I recall the shipping was pretty darn fast and the product looks great. I shopped around for a nameplate (which I gave as a gift) and was baffled by the high prices. While you do not get a huge variety of choices when you buy this product, I imagine the quality is about the same as the ones that cost four times as much. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a customized name plate and doesn't want to refinance their home in order to do so.

The nameplate is of high quality, and it is absolutely beautiful! I ordered two for my son and his friend who are graduate students and graduating next month. The desk nameplates arrived within 3 days, and they were packaged with such great care. I was amazed by the high quality of the desk plates! I just ordered another desk plate for another one of my son's friends who is graduating this year. You will be so pleased with this product, and the price is OUTSTANDING!

My daughter recently completed her doctorate degree after working on it for 6 years. I wanted to present her with a desk name plaque with "Dr" on it. I made out the order online and sent it to Betterbadges.net along with a note explaining what it was for and asking if they could expedite the production. By the end of the day they emailed me saying that the plaque had been made and they were in the process of getting it in the mail. Two or three days later it arrived and we were very pleased with the looks of the plaque. I will be presenting it to her this week.
