Minnetonka Women's Layer Fringe Boot

Unfortunately they didn't zip up over my calves 😞. But they where very nice quality and super super cute 🥰. Wish they would have fit.

I was unsure whether or not to buy these boots, due to a size discrepancy in the description: At the top of the page, it states that the boot opening measures 14.25". But, when you scroll down, the ad info states that the boots have a 13 .5" calf circumference. Since my calf measures 14.5" around, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to zip them up. I decided to go ahead and order them however, and find out for myself. The boots do zip up, but since there is no extra room at the top, I can only wear leggings with them. They fit a little tight at first (calves and left foot), but stretched a bit after I wore them a couple of times. These boots are very well made and comfortable. Since my left foot is a little larger (9 3/4" long) they were a little tight on that foot at first, but since the leather is very flexible and soft, they have already stretched a bit and are now very comfortable. I normally wear a size 9, and was unsure what size to order, but these are working out well. Update: 8-29-2019--I tried my boots on with jeans again and wonder of wonders--this time they zipped up! So I can now enjoy wearing them with my blue jeans! Since these boots are real leather it didn't take long for them to stretch and conform to my shape. Another good reason for me to love these boots!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had been looking at these for a REALLY long time and finally decided to get them. I ordered up a full size and they fit perfectly! I’m 5’8” and they come to right below my knees. They are soft, super comfy and just beautiful!

As you see I have very thin legs and size 7B foot their for women with thin calfs ! Even if your calfs are not as thin as mine this fine suede will strech in time just wear knee hi stockings they fit me like a glove and know their are more women out their finding boots to wide for their legs I love these so comfy ! I suggest that if your feet just make in in a size go up a half my feet are actually 9.24 inches I fit perfect in 7 measure your feet and always check size chart they vary? This is my B day present from my husband he doesn't know yet oh the rubber soles have protection from slipping I live in North east ,they are beautiful and well fitting high end quality Enjoy you could always return them ? First, I LOVE boots! These I saw on a classmate (in the tan and loved them ) and I too, searched for these boots in my area and couldn't find the 5 layer anywhere but tried on the 3 layer at DSW- and knew that they didn't come in half sizes, so I ordered a 10-even after reading the reviews about the narrowness of the boot. Size 10 is a half size bigger and they are tight, tight. A bigger size won't solve the fit issues. Overall, the boots arrived FAST! as I am a prime member and Amazon always delivers :) - I pulled them out and tried them on and they ARE SNUG. I know that suede will stretch out and that is what has me worried. The way the boots are constructed no matter what size your feet are, they are going to overlap the bottom of the boot- the sole is the narrowest part of this shoe and you'll feel your feet slipping over the sole- so when they do stretch out- your going to see the overlap of your feet onto the sole- the other reviewers remark about the back of the ankle rubbing- that's true as well. I am average sized as far as my calves go-so no problem zipping them up or fitting around the calves - that's a plus because as the suede stretches- they won't tend to fall down. However, as I own AT LEAST ten pairs of boots for the fall and winter - so I do consider myself a bit knowledgeable about fit and wear- I store my boots and bring them back out in season - so I don't mind "paying for what I get"- that is the main reason I will more than likely return these boots. For the amount of money that they cost- the sole should be constructed better and I am particular - if I don't like the boot or am uncomfortable to the point of distraction wearing them - I will gift them to others- I have been known to literally take the shoes off of my feet and give them to a friend! But, back to my main "gripe" if you will- I buy a lot of boots and spend anywhere's from $25. to $150. on them- so I expect not to have to make do with a $100. pair of boots, and a brand such as Minnetonka should have put more thought/effort into the construction of the soles. They are extremely aesthetically pleasing- but I know the idiosyncrasies will stop me from wearing them- so- I will try to wear them around the house- for tomorrow- It's Sunday- but in the end- I know that I will return them. That makes me very sad. One reviewer said due to her Native heritage she would keep them and loved them- as my mother is full Ojibwe- these are not even close to moccasins in construction. UPDATED: after wearing the boots around the house- they are definitely subpar as far as construction goes for the price- the left is way off compared to the right and the box says size 10, but you couldn't convince me they were a size 10- My husband just asked me "what are you going to wear them until you decide to keep them" I sadly have to say "NO" - as I was taking them off the zipper fringe broke right off- normally a non issue- BUT- I JUST GOT THEM! Minnetonka missed it on this one. The search continues.

Love these boots! What a cute alternative to Uggs. They are super comfortable and keep your feet warm but not overheating like uggs. I wear them like I wear uggs with no socks, still very warm and comfy. Look great over a pair of leggings and paired with a loose sweater. I would have given them 5 stars but they do run very large around the calf and do slip down and slouch if I wear thin leggings or bare legged. This causes them to look a bit bunchy but still cute. Would recommend wearing these with thicker leggings or jeans or maybe some cute tall socks if you don't want them to slide halfway down your calf. Overall still a great pair of boots. Love them! One more thing: My dog was terrified of these boots at first. I don't know if it is Minnetonkas method of tanning the leather for their boots or the type of leather or what exactly, but my dog cowered away and hid at the smell of them. 3 weeks later she is fine around them.

I had to work to get my feet into the boots, but that was just the first time. As soon as I got them on and walked around, they conformed to my feet. They are gorgeous and very comfortable. They seem tight at first, but that goes away after you wear them for a couple hours, and then it's as if they were custom made for your feet.

Die Lieferung durch amazon erfolgte superschnell. Das ist mein zweites Paar Stiefel dieser Firma. Diesmal habe ich die Stiefel eine Nummer kleiner bestellt, weil die Stiefel meiner ersten Bestellung sich doch gut geweitet haben. Sie passen sehr gut. Das der Schaft am Anfang etwas stramm ist, habe ich ja schon beim ersten Paar erlebt. Sie würden supertoll aussehen, wären da nicht reichlich Fransen doch ganz schön arg zerknautscht. Das ist das einzige was ich hier zu bemängeln habe. Ich hoffe, das die Fransen dann im Lauf der Zeit dem Gesetz der Schwerkraft folgen werden. Gern wieder zu diesem Preis.

Superbes bottes, qui taille un peu trop petit (surtout un peu trop étroit, c'est plutôt pour pieds assez fins). Si vous hésitez entre 2 tailles, aucun doute, prenez la plus grande ! Bottes très souples, confortables de partout (talons, bout du pieds, orteils...) car tout est souple (le daim dessus, et la semelle "molle", très agréable). Le style indien est très sympa et elles font des jambes superbes, qu'il s'agisse de les porter avec un jean slim ou avec une jupe ou une robe. Seul le prix fait hésiter, car elles sont chères, mais elles valent vraiment le coup ! Ravie de mon achat !!

CUTEST boots ever! my most complimented boots! the quality is just amazing and they are super comfortable. definitely worth it! would buy again!

I love these boots. Snug at first and they did squeeze my little toe. but they are moccasins so eventually moulded to my foot and now super comfy. Stick to your shoe size. I wouldn't recommend to go up a size as other customers say. As they stretch. I now have three pairs different types and all moulded to my feet
