Excellent Outdoor day and night camera
But techie to setup but once working, really great. Only think I’d say is an issue is not knowing what all of the settings actually do. It really is comprehensive and after much playing I’ve got fantastic day and night pictures (this is the 4th type of ip cam I’ve used) that far surpass anything else I’ve used. The zoom during the day is quick and very good quality, smooth and stable. On a night the reach of the full IR is incredible. Strongly recommended if you have the technical skills to get the best from it. Test : Do you know what POE version your hub is ? If the answer is yes, your probably the right type of customer to make the most of this camera. Otherwise, get someone to install it or make sure you learn before putting it outside.

Incredible camera !
This camera is brilliant. The image quality is brilliant as is the zoom. It is fast and has a great tilt gradient. Yes, it is big and won’t be discreet unless placed carefully - which I managed. Sunba are great to deal with. This was a replacement for the 507 model and did not disappoint. I love these cameras. Criminals - beware !

Reliable camera
Very good quality picture during day and night. Very good PTZ controls. Silent and fast. All PTZ settings works. Firmware crash if you install the camera 1st on app phone and after on VMS. Cannot create / control the patrol and presets via app phone. These can be programmed only via camera browser and VMS. Camera is not keeping the time settings. Always is back with 1x hour even if it's programmed via web browser, phone app or VMS. Inteligent analysis not working. If you have a person in the preset area you get a motion detection and recoding the event but cannot track or auto zoom the target. Testing continue.

Lasted all but 11 hours and stoped working fuming !

Great camera - very helpful tech support
Very good picture quality. It’s working well over a very long ethernet cable, using a Sunba POE Injector. After quite a long time, I had an issue with picture quality, but, tech support were really persistent and helpful, especially Ksyusha Sun. I wouldn’t have solved the problem without them.

Fantastic, but a big beast
I have both this camera (601) and the smaller (401) version. Both have identical sensors and both seem to perform identically. The key difference (other than £50 on price) is that one is 4Kgs + and the other 2kgs + and the latter is half the size. Perhaps depends on the job. You can't miss the bigger 601 as a deterrent as it is so dominant and it says more seriously "don't burgle me". However, its smaller less intrusive sister works just as well and might be more suitable in many locations. Suggest pick up a few bags of sugar to get an idea of the comparative weights. 4 kgs is heavy.

Excellent quality and speed.
This is THE best camera I have ever had. It was very easy to install and setup and the speed and quality of the image is amazing. It is an impressive and very well built piece of kit...and it has a mic built-in too! I highly recommend this camera.

Great camera and service
I had a technical problem and Robin P was so helpful even with all the time differences Sunba helpline were great and got me sorted in no time. I would highly recommend them. Great camera and fantastic after sales care.

service après vente à chié la caméra est en panne deux mois après son installation à fuite

Ich habe es jetzt seit einer Woche installiert und läuft und es hat gut funktioniert. Ich habe einen Dahua NVR und vier andere Dahua-Netzwerkkameras, die in dem Haus laufen, in dem diese Kamera installiert ist. Ich verwende die Dahua-App auf meinem iPhone, um die PTZ-Funktionen zu steuern. Ich versorge die Kamera über einen WiFi-Texas-PoE-Injektor mit 6 Anschlüssen und 48 V, den ich hier bei Amazon gekauft habe, und versorge sie mit Strom und Signal über einen 50-minütigen CAT6-Draht (23 AWG, reines Kupfer). Folgendes habe ich gefunden ... PROS -Der Betrieb ist sehr ruhig. Ich kann es nicht aus 15 Fuß Entfernung hören. -20x Zoom ist unglaublich! -Image Klarheit und Farbgenauigkeit war sehr gut ... vor allem für eine 2MP-Kamera. -Die IR-LEDs auf diesem sind erstaunlich !!! Ich habe noch nie eine Kamera in der Nacht so aufleuchten lassen wie diese! Es wurden keine zusätzlichen LEDs benötigt. -Es reagiert sehr gut auf PTZ-Befehle, die ich über die Dahua-App gebe. Die Einrichtung war schnell und vorhersehbar über die Web-Anmeldeseite. Ich hatte es in 10 Minuten ohne Probleme zum Laufen gebracht. -Das mitgelieferte Handbuch ist ziemlich überraschend gut! Auch die Online-Ressourcen für diese Kamera waren sehr gut. Weitere Hinweise... Wie andere bereits erwähnt haben, ist dies ziemlich groß. Die Kamera und ihr Gehäuse sind etwas kleiner als ein 1-Gallonen-Wasserkrug. Ich habe jedoch festgestellt, dass diese Größe für PTZ-Kameras dieser Kapazität Standard ist. Wir haben dieser Kamera ein Mikrofon hinzugefügt, damit wir hören können, was los ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Mikrofon nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Beachten Sie, dass im unteren Bereich dieser Kamera keine "Kuppel" vorhanden ist, sodass jeder Betrachter erkennen kann, wann Sie die Kamera bewegen. Obwohl ich keinen Grund habe, die Qualität und Lebensdauer dieser Kamera in Frage zu stellen, habe ich die von Amazon angebotene Garantie von 3 Jahren auf die Logik, dass es sich um ein feines elektronisches / optisches Instrument mit vielen beweglichen Teilen handelt, erworben Laufen 24/7 in sehr heißen Sommern und sehr kalten Wintern. Wenn etwas scheitern würde, würde es in dieser Umgebung passieren. Ich möchte nicht riskieren, eine Investition über 300 Euro zu verlieren, wenn ich sie 3 Jahre lang für noch wenig Euro abdecken könnte.

arret de la camera parfois qui redémarre toute seule j'ai un nvr hikvision qui vois bien la camera quant elle est branchè sur le réseau mais impossible de la démarrer quant la camera est branchè directement sur le nvr ( cela dit non connectè) j'ai tout essayè mais rien à faire, précision elle est bien alimentè via le ppoe si quelqu'un à la solution je suis preneur
