Hard Case Replacement for Logitech MX Ergo S/MX Ergo Wireless Trackball Mouse (Black Case)

Fits the Logitech MX Ergo S perfectly, like a glove! It is a hard-shell case that provides good protection. It is very durable and has a strap. The inside has a nice soft lining, and it also has grooves designed to pad the mouse. The quality of materials is high, from the fabric to the zipper, etc. The mouse fits perfectly, and it does not add additional bulk. It does have an odd shape and features a small ball "bulge," but that's what makes it fit snug and is needed. The case makes it very easy to store and travel with - it has passed a drop test. not that I tried that on purpose... The price point, I think, is reasonable, especially for the quality of materials and build, and ease of mind that the mouse is safe.

Precise, exact and well done. Is the one for the MX ERGO Logitech trackball mouse. I had one for a previous model, didn't fit that well. This is the one. Great functionality, and value for the money of course. Totally recommended!

I didn't buy the case for travel, just wanted a cover for the trackball when I wasn't using it. Of course the case is more than just a cover. It keeps the trackball free of dust and accidental spills when it's not being used. The trackball fits perfectly in the case even with the magnetic plate on the bottom. You have to set it in the "flat" position though and not at the 20 degree angle in order to close the top. Great trackball, would buy again.

Works amazing for hybrid types of work, making it easy to travel and protect

I was thinking about buying a second MX Ergo to have one at work and one at home but figured it would be cheaper to get a case for the one I had and bring it back and forth. This case fits it perfectly and turns the ergo into something you can just toss into your bag. There’s enough room to squeeze the USB receiver in (if you use it) and it has a loop that I attached an air tag to. It’s survived at least one 3-4’ drop with no issues in the couple months that I’ve had it. It also fits the magnetic plate that attaches to the bottom of the mouse. It doesn’t have room for the rubber base they include with the ergo, but I only use that sporadically anyways so I just leave that part at work.

I've been using trackballs for a very long time. I have a tech backpack that I use for work. While the laptop compartment has good padding to keep it separate from the larger compartment where I carry my tools, the smaller compartment where I was storing my trackball didn't seem to be as protected either from the tools inside of it or anything outside of the backpack that it might bump into or fall against in transit from one customer site to another. I didn't even know these types of cases existed until they showed up in my Amazon Recommendation after I'd bought some new/upgrade balls for my existing trackballs. And, as soon as I saw that the cases existed, i knew I had to get one because it would address the growing concern that I had that the trackball might get broken at some point. The hard case gives it the protection it needs. And, because of its clamshell design, you can also just open the top and leave the trackball in the case while you use it.

Super nice case, however.... The mouse is totally useless without the dongle and the charger. I almost lost the dongle and charger and came close to having to throw away the mouse. With all that said, there is case that holds the charger and the dongle. I would buy that case instead of this one. The bottom line is that although this is a nice cushy well made quality case, I'm actually returning it and buying the other one.
