Delicious, crispy, thin chips with a touch of sea salt! I could eat them with guacamole, humus, soft goat cheese, whatever. Even the little crumbly pieces I add to soups. However, the first order of 16 two ounce bags were plantain chips, not the cassava on my order. The order was credited. Second order came correctly.

More satisfying than potato chips, slightly more resistance in the bite so the chew is a little longer in the mouth. Added benefit is that cassava provides probiotic inulin for the gut biome and cassava starch is somewhat resistant to digestion, so it's good fiber and less of it is converted to sugar compared to potato starch. This brand is particularly good because the chips are sliced so thinly.

These artisan tropic cassava strips are absolutely delicious. But more importantly, I appreciate the quality of ingredients. There is not a long list of unpronounceable and inflammatory fake ingredients, but three simple ones, cassava, good palm oil and salt. And if you have a sensitive digestive tract, I think these are much better than the junk that’s sold on supermarket shelves. I purchase Yeah these all the time for a healthy alternative, salty crunchy snack.

I really enjoy Artisan Tropic's Cassava Strips with Sea Salt. Unlike some other brands, the chips are very thin and beautifully crispy, without being brittle, and hold up well to dip (if desired). The salt level is pleasing, too; I tend to find most brands to be too salty. This product is packaged in several sizes, and I find it interesting that the small (lunch-sized) bags contain smaller strips, nicely scaled to their packaging. This is my go-to chip, and for those who need this, it's both gluten-free and nightshade-free.

These cassava strips are crunchy and a great snack. So glad they are in a larger bag.

Disappointed in this and would like to return for a refund! We had bought the same brand Cassava strips, in smaller packs, from Whole Foods and loved the unique shape - thin, long, crisp - which made it tastier. The way chips are cut of course makes a difference to its taste and texture and the long, thin shapes were so different from the usual round chips shapes and the cassava taste was also great so we bought a few packs more from Whole Foods and were satisfied with the quality. When we ran out of those, everyone in the family wanted more, so we ordered these bigger packs thinking since it is the same brand, same packaging etc. it would be the same delicious, thin, long strips. But NO! These are just regular cassava "chips" not "strips"! These are small, round-ish, thicker chips - none of that unique long, thin, strip shape! In the product description they state that shapes may be different - which would have been acceptable if that meant that a few chips in there are not the long, thin, strip shape - that would have been acceptable as during production some of the strips could break. But that's not the case here. This looks and tastes like a different product! And to make it worse, the packs we received have so many crushed in the bottom. It's a waste of money and disingenuous marketing because these chips are NOT the strips that they're being touted as. Would never have spent the money if we had known that these were not those strips we previously bought. And of course they don't accept returns or give refunds! Going to contact Amazon Support to see if they will help us return the 7 remaining, unopened packs and give us a refund.
