Full of goodness
Tried them today, a strange texture and taste but if there’s no nasties in the ingredients I can cope with them. Extreme sup racing so we’re eating healthy flapjack along with the gels so hard to tell if the add any benefit but we’ll keep taking them 👍

Easier on the tum/bum than gels
Used these for training & marathon day. Much much nicer than normal gels & no stomach cramps or toilets dashes. They’re sweet with a nice salty aftertaste. Nice to have on race day porridge too

Decent gels
Good alternative to other gels - can have a small metallic / tinny taste but otherwise good. Works fine on my stomach but notably less carbs than some other brands.

Decent gel but beware at airports
Wanted these to use during a marathon because they were natural. I would say they are decent value for money however they did leave a metallicy taste in my mouth and they weren’t the easiest to open. The size of them was good to carry in my running belt. DO BE WARNED THAT IF IN CARRY ON LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT THEY WILL BE STOPPED AND CHECKED WHICH TOOK CONSIDERABLE TIME.

Good value
Cheaper than trash-filled gels, just 2 simple ingredients that get the job done. Smooth, not excessively sweet; salt takes the edge off. Few competitors in the natural gel market.

Wouldn’t recommend!
The tab on these energy gels are terrible. The opening is so small and as it is a thick consistency it’s a workout trying to squeeze it out itself. They also taste horrible, with a weird taste of chemicals. I bought them thinking they would just taste a bit like salty honey. Wouldn’t buy them again!
