Ditch the Camera Connection Kit
I wanted something I could pack with my IEMs and Qudelix Q5. Lugging around the comically huge Apple Camera Connection Kit and separate USB A-to-C cable was just not doing it for me. This cable worked perfectly. I was skeptical because I have a FiiO Q3 which has a similar cable but it only works with FiiO products. I’m happy to report this cable works great with my Qudelix Q5 and other DACs that I’ve tried as well. It also works fine with my FiiO Q3. My iPhone detects devices immediately, and the Lightning side snaps in well to my device. The cable is about 8” (20cm). It’s a nice balance between portability and not being so short that you can’t move your device without moving whatever is attached to it. It’s an extremely flexible cable and seems well built with decent amounts of strain relief. If I had any complaints it would be that it’s so pliable it can be a little hard to wrap. It was also a little pricey for what you get. Hopefully it will last a while!

Works as intended.
Just got it, worked without an issue out of the box. Used with my iPhone 13 Max Pro and BTR15. Will see how it goes with the test of time.

Designed to fail, avoid along with all of FiiO's wired DACs
Worst garbage I have ever bought on Amazon. This cable is designed to fail shortly after you can no longer return it. Expect random disconnections and terrible listening experience. I have gone through roughly 10 or more of these pieces of cobbled together trash, and the experience has always turned out the same, within 1 or 2 months. FiiO makes sure this is the only dongle that works with their wired DACs, and it is nothing short of a scam. Avoid said wired DACs such as the entire KA series, as they all require this bogus cable to function. I have lost all respect that I had in FiiO as a company, of which I did have quite a bit when I first bought their BTR series products. However, my experience with this cable as a result of buying their KA13 DAC, has lead me to hate the company due to their shady and scummy business practices. Avoid.

DOES NOT WORK WITH MPC SAMPLE!
THIS CABLE DOES NOT WORK WITH THE NEW MPC SAMPLE! Just hoping to help someone who was thinking if it worked or not using an iPhone SE or similar that has lightning port. When plugged in, there is a pop-up that says "MPC Sample requires too much power". There is nothing wrong with this cable. The problem is with the iphone itself. fyi

Too expensive but a necessity if you have a external DAC/AMP that needs OTG
Cable length is perfect, materials are all aluminum and very high quality rubber though I'd feel a bit worried if it snagged on something. Insulation is vastly superior to a few other OTG cables I bought on amazon in the ~$15 price range - able to power my Sennheisers at only 20% volume output from the phone where the previous crap OTG I bought needed to be at %60. Price seems high for what it is but it's really the only choice available on the market right now. Highly recommended for audio enthusiasts. ALSO on the previous 2 cables I tried the lightning port on the iPhone 14 became very hot. The Fiio cable generates no heat whatsoever. Hope this review helps - OTG is the most inconvenient thing ever.

Great for FiiO KA15
This cable works very well with my FiiO KA15. The length is good and the connection is strong; the DAC does not get unplugged while dangling.

Great length for strain relief, Lightning connector has a bit of wiggle
The best part of this cable is it's length and flexibility. The problem with the typical dongle cables (usually about 10 cm) is that the very short length results in a very small curvature when bent, placing greater strain on the connectors and the wire. The consequence of that strain contributes to reduced long-term durability. The LT-LT3 offers a rare length (20 cm) for a USB cable: long enough to provide strain/bend relief while still short enough for reasonable cable management. The only problem is that the Lightning connector is sligthly too small, allowing for enough wiggle that the DAC may disconnect. It's not horrible...I've tried cables that are so loose that they are unusable except when sitting perfectly still with the phone and dongle placed on a stable surface. The FiiO cable's Lightning cable makes a firm enough connection that it can endure some movement but there are movements or positions that can cause a disconnect. I split the difference here, giving the LT-LT3 high marks for the quality of the wire/sheathing but docking it 2 stars for the wiggle in the Lightning connector.

IT WORKS with iPhone, IFI Gryphon, and Topping G5 portable
What's so special about these darn cables? If you buy a regular lighting to USB C cable it will NOT work on most audio components like portable headphone amps or portable DACs. What a shame because the iPhone has great streaming digital audio options that can shatter the audio quality limits of bluetooth (as convenient as that is). I can confirm this cable works to send analog audio from my iPhone13 to a Topping G5 portable headphone amp. I can also confirm this cable works to send digital audio from my iPhone13 to a Ifi Gryphon portable DAC/Amp. From the outside this looks just like all the charging cables THAT WON"T WORK for this application. But this FiiO one does. Fantastic ! Now I don't need to use that bulky iPhone camera adapter unless I need to charge my iPhone at the same time I'm listening.

Hatte am Anfang nicht ganz verstanden das man auch das Kabel zum Fiio mit bestellen muss. Egal jetzt läuft alles bestens.

Fiio quality speaks for itself. Yes, this cable is delicate and cannot handle any form of abuse, but the cable itself is perfect for what is designed for and achieve. I personally love Fiio products, purely because they are really well made, of a high standard in performance, excellent workmanship and above all, their products cost a fraction of what other high end audiophile products on the market. I highly recommend Fiio products, as they are simply put, “outstanding”.

I use it with my iPhone and a portable headphone DAC.

I was amazed how difficult it was to connect my Hiby DAC to an iOS device. This connecting cable, however, did the job perfectly well. I was also amazed how rare any such item is online, with the only alternative I found being Apple's own, which was even more over-priced than this. The cable is quite short and flexible which suites the job, and the resulting sound quality was stunning, albeit in part because of the DAC itself. If you don't need 1-2 metre length of cable this is a much better option than Apple's, both because of it neatness and the black colour which matches most devices better. At £12.00, I am still left wondering why we should pay so much for such a simple connection. Thankfully the quality makes up for the frustration.
