Everything it advertises to be. Yes, you can get any distro for free online but this makes it super simple to either install the one you want or try one’s you unfamiliar with. Came in especially handy as a temporary OS when I accidentally deleted the boot record on my Ubuntu 24 install and needed a way in to my fully encrypted/PW protected system.

The delivery included a booklet that aided in bypassing the regular log in in order to load the Linux OS

Ezitdol perform as intended. Very useful especially booting up into memory from the USB. Update, had severe window's 11 pro problems not able to install on Dell XPS, took to Best Buy Geek Squad number of times, they would return laptop 100% not operable. Install Ezitdol linux mint cinnamon install went flawlessly!

This product is exactly what it says. I was able to install mint easily and had the option to install like 7 other Linux systems. That part was flawless. My issue came from mint not recognizing my amd gpu (9070xt) but that had nothing to do with this product and everything to do with my having zero experience with Linux. I thought ChatGBT or YouTube would save me but nope lol. I may be doomed to windows. I had done my first pc build which turned out amazingly. I mean I impressed myself tbh. This was just more than I could handle. If you are better with Linux then me or just curious 100% go for it. It absolutely was a great learning experience. I learned I’m the slow kid lol. Im definitely gonna hold on to this and revisit it after I get some time in gaming on my 1440p beast but I would absolutely purchase anything I needed from this stellar again based on their honesty, speedy delivery (overnight) and ease of use. Again Linux isn’t for everyone, it’s definitely not easy like YouTubers make it out to be. You gotta start somewhere tho and if you hate Gates and Microsoft like I do it’s definitely worth learning. Also you do not have to install any of them without first giving them a try. Just grab you at least one 8gb usb blank for when you do want to install or remove and try others but I loved that I wasn’t forced into any one direction. The freedom that widows won’t allow. Again I will definitely hold on to this sub and either retry mint or maybe another system that is better with amd gpu drivers. 10/10 would recommend.

Turns out it's incompatible with the hardware on my new Lenovo Thinkpad. I'm going to try with my older computer but I really bought this for the new one. Now I have to figure out how to make my own bootable thumb drive that's compatible with the new hardware.

This is a Linux starter/sampler kit in a tiny USB drive. It worked in my locked-out HP all-in-one computer, giving me control of the machine (if not access to my data) while MS decided how long to make me wait to get back into Windows. It has made me still more inclined to make a serious trial of Linux and a little less scared of doing so at an advanced age. The printed instructions were minimal but adequate. When I had to change some settings on the computer to use this device, I took a picture of the original settings to make it easy to restore them if and when needed.
