I love the taste of herbal tea, but I also think that it's important to keep Medicinal herbs on hand as well. Mullein is great for your lung health. It's an expectorant so it helps to break up congestion and remove it from your body. It also helps to soothe your mucus membranes so it's great for a sore throat or a non productive, hacking cough. The set includes 30 tea bags, but I used each one twice for a total of 60 cups. The flavor is a little grassy like a cross between lemon balm and green tea. I love it on its own, but you can also add a bit of honey, sugar or mint extract to flavor it. It's naturally caffeine free so you can drink it at any time without having to worry about it affecting your sleep. They come in a resealable bag so they stay fresh, but easily accessible.

I've been using this tea for about a year and absolutely love it! It works well for clearing up congested lungs. I mix it with peppermint tea for a better taste and it doesn't even need a sweetener when you do it like that ☺️ you get a lot of tea for the price and it's totally worth it!

Very good product. A minor note is the resealable bag is too hard to open for me. I had to put the bags in another container rather than struggle each time to open the bag it came in. I have some arthritis so you might not have a problem. Great tea.

This tea is actually okay. It has the typical taste of other Mullein teas, which is actually pretty good once you acquire a taste for......which doesn't take long. This bag of 40 individual tea bags is priced about this same as any other brand of Mullein tea bags of like quantities. As far as freshness is concerned, it seems to be as fresh as any other. I mean......that one is difficult to factually rate, because I didn't grow, harvest, and box this tea myself. So? I think you all understand. But this brand of tea doesn't taste like it's been on the shelf for 20 years either. Now as far as some consumers product purchasing choices and preferences, I think it's important to inform those comsumers that this tea is a product of China. It's main company "GAOJIE ZHANG" is located in Shenzhen China, and is distributed in the US from Boston MA. My fact finding in non-political, and bipartisan in nature, and only expressed here so all comsumers can make a better buying decision for themselves/individually. So for those consumer's who don't mind the origin of this products manufacturing.......get it....it's pretty good tea. And for others, whom might feel differently about the origins of this tea, then perhaps shop for a product that best suits your needs. I think the quality of the herb is present, however, the tea bags are unusually non absorbent of water. I don't think I have ever bought tea bags that react quite like this. Upon picking the bag up to the touch they felt almost like a waterproof material?? Odd? When I place the bag in the cup and then add boiling water per the directions the bag floats to the top and does not absorb water. I tried dunking it a few times and then steeping for a full fifteen minutes. I think that it is a very "tight weave" bag material and this is keeping the herb fresh and strong but makes it hard to get it diffused. I might actually try cutting the bags open and using a different method to make the tea. Presently the tea has almost no flavor so I don't believe I am getting any benefit. The water does get a slight tinge of green but I am expecting much more. The flavor is good but so slight I, barely call it a drinking tea, more like hot water.

I highly recommend this tea for cleansing the lungs for all smokers, i got it for my dad because he couldn’t stop coughing so hard and it helped him. I would advise after leaving the tea bag for 5 minutes (covered) to squeeze it with a spoon to bring out the good stuff from it and then to drink it
