I've ordered several of these pulls in different colors. They are exactly the same pulls as the ones on my better quality packs and compression cubes. Nicely made, lots of colors. Great for identifying your own gear. Also good for replacing standard dark pulls on a dark item with a color that's easier to spot, so you can find the zipper in a hurry. I don't put them on the "hidden" pack or luggage pockets because I don't need to make it easier for a potential thief to find that spot. Easy to install, stay on with no issues. I feel like they are a good value for what I wanted. The pull is slightly textured and has a nice grip.
