I purchased the VSS Guys scratch and swirl remover to help dissipate a scratch someone left on my car while I grocery shopped. The product and hand applicator sponges were easy to use. I clean the area carefully and dried it - then used hand applicator (Orange) sponge to apply product. After application was complete i used a microfiber clothe to remove excess product and to buff area smooth. This worked well. I can still see the scratch slightly, but it’s much harder to see now. See before & after photos. This also smells much like a car wash - kind of “fake fruity” smell, not unpleasant at all. Note: I did wear gloves when applying to protect my skin.

I will agree that hand-polishing is not the way to go, but I won't ding this product for that. This is the exact same Hex-Logic foam pads that you buy for your DA polisher and they work just as well. I like the size of the pads as its easy to hold in my hand. I can go horizontal and use the entire face of the pad, or I can apply pressure to just one end to get very small surfaces. This pack is great because its the 3 types of pads I most commonly use (light cut, polish and finishing pad). I use the same Chemical Guys pad cleaner and brush as I use on my Hex-Logic DA pads, and they clean-up perfectly. I expect to get many uses out of these pads and I'm very glad I bought them.

if you are a detailer or you love to details your car this is a must that you should have, very useful for the areas that the DA polisher cannot work this can be used by hand and with proper technic this works absolutely SuperB. Or even if some of you want to only hand polish this will work too. the Hex Logic really works well. regards, Amit

Used with P4 (White) and butter wax (black) and this fixed the swirling I had in my paint completely. Looks brand new.

I have a little old 55 year old sports car which has many body curves. It is extremely difficult to polish using a rotating polishing/compounding machine (the size I have). I used these and they worked as advertised - very happy. Remember the majority of success is ensuring the surface you are working with is painted well, kept clean and you use quality cutting compounds and polish specified for the need, take your time
