Better than expected!
I don`t usually rate products so this is an exception. These feet are WONDERFUL! They popped into the bottom of my table and chairs with just few taps of a hammer. I used a thin piece of cardboard to protect the feet from the hammer but I'm not sure that was needed. They are a nice, snug fit and make my very heavy furniture a breeze to move now. I really like how the metal part of the foot now sits "on" the caps, keeping the metal away from moisure on my deck. I've already ordered a second bag for down the road IF these ever need replaced. Just cheap insurance as I like these caps that much! I ordered the black and they are very discreet but so very wonderful.

So Easy, a 78-Year Old Can Do It! They Brought His Wrought Iron Furniture Back to Life!
I purchased a couple bags of these foot caps for an extremely reasonable price for my father to install on his wrought iron, antique deck furniture. He inserted the cap and used a wooden mallet around the edges to work them into place. The install took about 30 minutes for 4 chairs and a table. He only had trouble with one, and it wasn't the cap's fault...the metal on the leg had a bump and wasn't completely round. He just took a file to smooth it out a bit, and the cap went on like a charm after that! His chairs look like brand new, and his new composite deck will not suffer scratches and gouges now when we slide those chairs around to drink coffee and watch the winter cardinals! Thanks for reading! Hope it helps!

Fits old furniture
I had a hard time finding glides that would fit my 25 year old wrought iron patio furniture. After sending others back, I ordered these and they fit. It's a very tight fit and they didn't go in easily, but at least they won't fall out easily either. It's been a few months and they are still in place and performing well. They are a hard plastic. All in all I will buy more when these wear out because fit is what matters. If they don't fit they are no good anyway.

Met my needs for awhile
They worked great originally. Overtime they become loose and fall out when I lift the chairs to move. I had to adhere them with waterproof glue

Putting them in the freezer will make installation much easier
Hello, the patio furniture plastic end caps were very hard to install at first. I ruined 2 of them when using a rubber mallet. But then i put the rest of them in the freezer for 10 minutes so they would shrink alittle. It worked, they shrank just alittle, and tapping them in with rubber mallet was very easy. So thats what worked for me. They seem to be of good quality, and are keeping the rusty ring marks off the concrete.

Great value & ease of use!
These installed very easily, and are nice and substantial! They will definitely keep our wood deck protected and help the chair feet last longer. Great price, too!

More than difficult to put in. 🤯
I hate these!!! They are so difficult to put in!!! I tried heating them up in a hot bowl of water, I tried using a flame to melt the plastic a little bit to make it softer. I've tried everything I can think .. holding with channel locks and hitting with a rubber mallet. If I held one side down and hit the other side with a rubber mallet would go in sometimes... I'm stubborn enough to keep trying and I got eight of them in but I have to tell you these things are a pain!! I will never buy these again... In fact I'm thinking of getting rid of the entire set of iron chairs and tables I'm so mad at them. The originals were clearly smaller. Where to get them???

Perfect Fit (with a tip for loose caps)
Time will tell but these fit my wrought iron patio furniture perfectly. TIP: The caps did not 'snap' tightly into a few of the chair feet. I gave each metal foot a slight squeeze with a pair of vice grips (you will need the clamping power) at 12/6 and 3/9 o'clock and the cap firmly seated! I like that the glide supports around the bottom edge of the foot. The originals fit INSIDE the foot and collapsed over time, letting the metal touch the deck.
