DASH Safe Slice Mandoline, Adjustable Size, Midnight Navy

Not a easy way to chop vegetables and also at first I received a used damaged product. This is not a proper way to cell products. I got a replaced product not good as expected.

It's not the brand product plus it isn't upto the mark in quality either. Returning it.

One of the worst, not so rugged,poor quality. Please don't buy useless

I had a mandolin which I threw in the bin when I chopped the top of my finger off….. Vowed never to buy one again - but this one is so well designed you’d have to try hard to hurt yourself. I use it to cut thing strips of apple for Bircher Muesli, slice carrots for the kids lunch, slice up veg for a poke bowl. The kids love using it too and it’s super safe.

This product is amazing, durable, and easy to use. Highly Recommend. Make sure you keep and read the booklet that comes with it.

I really love this slicer and enjoy using it since i got it. Pros: 1. Easy to use, clean and store 2. Dishwasher safe, although i only wash it by hand. 3. Sharp blades, nothing i cut so far has jammed or got stuck while slicing, potatoes just glide with ease. 4. Ability to cut thick slices, this is probably the best feature this slicer has in mu opinion, i have used many mandolines ( currently own an original Benriner Japanese mandoline ) and this is the only slicer able to slice thick slices up to 8 mm. Cons: 1. The chute is narrow, many veggies and fruits won’t fit in and you have to prep them 1st with a knife, which is not a big deal but sometimes you want round slices and you won’t be able to get them if you can’t fit the vegetable or fruit as a hole. ( i think i read somewhere that they don’t make it wider for safety reasons). 2.Sometime you get non uniform shapes because of the way the food comes in contact with the blades. 3. You can only make short fries, due to the position potatoes fit on the blade. Overall, i really love it and would highly recommend it.

Superó mis expectativas. Puedo rebanar y cortar jícama, papa, camote, calabaza, zanahoria, etc. no he intentado jitomate ni cebolla. Es muy versatil, en cuanto a que se puede ajustar el grosor de las cuchillas para lograr diferentes cortes. No se requiere mucha fuerza, como con otros productos y es muy seguro. Quizá lo único un poco mas latoso es la limpieza, porque se queda la verdura atorada, pero viene incluido un cepillito. tampoco creo que se puedan afilar las cuchillas, pero aun no llego a ese punto.
