Chocolate Truffles

SO GOOD! Did not taste a hint of mint though…

Delicious is the first word that comes to mind, not too sweet, melts in your mouth and are perfect for a snack or homemade fudge. Here's how I make the fudge: Have a piece of parchment paper ready, some walnuts or pecans broken up a bit and spae in your freezer to lay the fudge flat. I like to combine LaKanta sweetened chocolate chips with about a third of Lily's chocolate chips that are unsweetened and intense and not too easy on my digestion. Add a little grapeseed oil (a bit less than a tablespoon) to a small Teflon frying pan, "warm" the pan gently, then add about half a bag of Lakanta's chips and then a handful of Lily's chocolate chips. Melt on very, very, very, low heat for a few seconds then add walnuts or pecans and stir in. Quickly pour the mixture on a piece of parchment paper and pop in the freeze for about a half hour. After frozen just break off a nice chunk of the fudge. Delicious and NO sugar.

I’m a huge monk fruit fan however, these were not my favorite monk fruit item. I’m not sure that I would purchase them again. They were a little bit on the pricey side, but if you truly could not have any sugar due to dietary restrictions this would be a decent purchase. Just not a preferable purchase unless necessary.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me to offer a full refund, which was very appreciated. This doesn't change the original review or product, but I wanted to make sure that it is known. I will leave seller feedback about this. I'm still curious how these all can be either fully or partially melted and covered in oxidation when delivered in the winter. They were all terrible, and the graininess made them practically inedible. Such a disappointment! There are only 9 pieces, which I knew was expensive for what you get, but I was at least hoping the quality would be good. Hard pass and avoid.

They're not bad, just not what I wanted. I wanted chocolately caramel - but they mostly just taste like coffee. Could have something to do with the truffle aspect of it. I'm just not sure.

Some of the best chocolates I've found that meet all of my dietary restrictions. They are a little speedy for how many you get but so delicious.

COST: This box of chocolate was $16.00 US and there are only 9 in the box. Each piece is about $1.83 but the taste is more representative of a $0.01 piece of candy. Some of this is my fault as the box clearly says "9 pieces" which I over looked. Don't make the same mistake! PRESENTATION: The outside of the box and the wrapper lead one to believe they will be transported away to a chocolate paradise but what you end up with is more like a piece of chocolate from pool haul vending machine. The box depicts little "twix" style pieces and what I got looked like something gone awry from a science experiment. (See picture) TASTE: The chocolate was chalky, stale, and tasteless except for the sweetner. The "caramel" flavor tasted every bit the chemical imitation that it is. I know, I know....it's KETO chocolate and expectations shouldn't be too high but I have made my own KETO chocolate from scratch and done way better for much less and got a lot more. SUMMARY: Don't buy these unless you're additiced to overpriced disappointment.

I am on a gluten free and sugar free diet so finding treats has been a challenge. I love chocolates and have searched for some that fit my needs. Most are ok so I was amazed when I tried one of these! Absolutely delicious! I gave away 2 packs to friends and reordered right away. Don’t want to run out!
