The only fault in a Magic Mouse is the lightning connector on the bottom of the mouse. This provides a simple and elegant solution to that problem. Just set your mouse down on the cradle and charge away! I keep mine on the right just behind my Mac so I loose no desk workspace. TIP, use the Bluetooth desktop widget on your Mac. It gives you charge level for your Mac and any connected accessories, like a mouse or wireless keyboard. No dead mouse surprises.

I hate it when I'm working and the battery on my mouse dies and I have to go scrambling to find another mouse while the "magic" mouse is charging. Frustrating!! This little charger is the perfect solution for docking the mouse while not in use. It stays charged and keeps me from scrambling!

The Magic Mouse does need a recharge and this system works very well. How often depends upon its use

This has been a god send. I can plug in my mouse overnight and this dock keeps it out of my way. I have a couple of mouses and with this I can always keep one charged and out of the way. Need to clean up your desk a bit. Give this a try.

Nice product but traded it in for a wireless model

Exactly what the magicMaouse2 was missing. In fact, this dock allows you to have the MagicMouse 2 permanently charged, without having to recharge it while lying on your back, which, in the long run, risks causing unsightly scratches. In addition, the dock has 4 small pads in a kind of slightly grippy silicone material which allows it to fit perfectly on the desk. In short, an essential tool. I give it 5 stars.

i hate that I even needed to buy this product because charging an Apple mouse is incredibly stupid. It always runs out of battery, and then you can't actually use it while you charge because the port is underneath the mouse. This doesn't solve that problem but does give you a nice dock to put the mouse in at the end of the day so that it's always charged when you need it.
