I was honestly ready to die. The sweats started 2 months ago, and I could not believe that this was what the actual definition of a hot flash was. I ordered this 3 weeks ago, and as of this week this is the first week that I actually forgot that I had hot flashes. I initially was so scared that this wasn't going to work. When the flashes first started, they would hit every hour on the hour without fail. I tried estroven, didn't work at all. 4 weeks on it. Nothing. Then I saw the review for this, on a whim. Figured this is the last hope, before losing my mind and 302ing myself. The first week nothing changed. The second week 50%. This week which is the third week I realized I was sleeping through the night, maybe waking up to use the bathroom, but not the demon hot flashes. I am now turning the heat on and walking around in my usual sweatpants and sweatshirt because I am a person that normally suffers from anemia. I even forget to take them now., and it also regulated my period which I haven't seen since August. I have gone maybe the most of 2 days, until a flash back of a hot flash pops into my head, and then I feverishly jump up and make a Beeline to the medicine cabinet in fear it may strike again with vengeance. So far, nothing has come to that point, but at least I am able to kind of give my body a break from taking them so excessively, and cut it down to at least once a day. Definitely worth the it and I am so grateful for this product. It WORKS!!

Got these and were excited! Wanted to get rid of these hot flashes. Side note: My hot flashes are so hot I could cut all my hair and go naked with a grass skirt and would care less what anyone thought. Took one of these around 1:40 ish and noticed I was cooling off. I was pleasantly blessed with a breeze all day. My AC was even giving me chills. So around 9 pm my husband said "you're supposed to take 3x's per day" so I took another one. Bay-beee! When I say I was sick as a dog, I was! I was dizzy, feeling like shock- flutters, my stomach was hurting and it felt like I had acid reflux. Now, reading up on black cohosh in my herb book (which I should have did before) this is symptoms of overdose of the herb. The 540 mgs is too much! One capsule a day will work at the right time, but I don't want to send this back. So, I'm lowering my doses, I'm not taking 3 times a day! So, this morning I took a capsule out poured half of the long side out of the capsule and all of the small side ( you'll see which is which if you pull the capsule open) then put it back together and took that dosage. (See pics) This is just enough! I'm feel cool as I write this. But on a real note these are dangerous to take 3 x's a day! My liver was hurting as well. Couldn't sleep ony right side felt puffy. TAKE WITH CAUTION! PLEASE, LADIES! BY THE WAY: Cause weight gain bc it effects the liver's fatty tissue and such.... Thought you should know as well.
