Would buy again!
It’s pigmented, it spreads fairly easy for decorating, it’s nice! I used it on part of my son’s birthday cake and everyone was impressed with it. I’ll buy from this brand again.

this has a light color, i got one before and it was very dark sliver but this luster dust was way better and better quality. for the size it’s pretty full! good taste

This food powder is great quality! It mixes well, adds good flavor, and dissolves easily. Just what I needed for my recipes. Definitely recommend it.

Worked great on royal icing
I mixed with alcohol to paint into royal icing and it worked great. Does leave a lot of excessive dust once dried, but has a nice metallic sheen.

Great product for decorations
I make custom cakes part time and I received a request for red and gold themed cake. This is the first time I had to use gold, so I browsed a long time looking for something that can used to make gold and stumbled upon this product. This gold dust has a nice golden yellow color. It is very easily spread using a brush. In this case I used sterile make-up brushes which works amazing. One thing to note is that if it is spilled or blow in the air, everything becomes gold. But it can be cleaned easily. Overall the product is really great. I had initially thought it was pricey for just 10 grams, but it spreads so well It really does not require a lot. It worked well with coloring chocolate decorations and worked well on fondant too.
