I bought this to supplement my diet, I don't eat alot anymore. My doctor suggested a protein supplement. So, I tried this out. It tasted good, alot of protein drinks taste like dirt to me. I did find that there are ingredients that I am really should not be in a protein drink. I went organic and make my own now.

These Muscle Milk Pro Series shakes are great! The chocolate flavor is smooth with no chalky aftertaste, and the texture is creamy and easy to drink. They have a fresh smell, and I appreciate that the ingredients are solid for a protein shake. The shakes are very convenient—perfect for on-the-go use. All of mine were well within the expiration date, making them a reliable choice for daily protein needs.

Overall 5 stars. Only 4 for flavor, but as an Atkins dieter I add 2 to 4 oz. of half & half for a meal replacement anyway (along with vitamins), for flavor and extra fat content. 5 for contents: not only 32g protein (none from soy) but 5g dietary fiber too, which is good for us low carb folks. I don't mind the inner foil wrap, if that's a cheaper security element than others if it helps keep the price down. I'll probably buy more in the future.

I have been enjoying these Muscle Milk Pro Series Chocolate Protein Shakes. They have a good chocolate flavor and the texture is smooth and creamy. They have lots of protein and not too much sugar. Also, they were a good value on Amazon. They dont have the chalkiness or clumps that some other protein shakes have. I will buy more of these.

I am post bariatric surgery on a strict high protein diet. I bought these because they were very high in protein. That part is great the part that's not so great is the flavor. It has that chemical aftertaste
