Other customers should know that this is a highly concentrated product. It also smells nice.

Nice
Nice product, mask is a lot thicker than usual hair mask, difficult to massage into hair due to thickness of product. Scent is a little strong but not unpleasant. I use it as an overnight mask/day mask and it washes out well and leaves hair noticeably soft and tangle free. Haven’t noticed a growth difference but only used it a couple times.

Altho this product made my hair feel very nice at the time unfortunately the next day it was very greasy so for this reason I won't be buying it again

Amazing mask, leaves hair soft and well conditioned
I really enjoyed using the mask along with the conditioner, but as a stand-alone product, it works brilliantly. This mask is so thick and nourishing that I feel that I don't need to use it on co-wash days, I use it when I use shampoo. I was so shocked at how defined my curls looked and how nourished my hair felt. Since then the health of my hair has increased with regular use of this mask and the conditioner. It has an added bonus of containing herbs, so I don't feel the need to add herbs to my conditioner.

Terrible
Tub came with lid off - no seal. A thick like coating is on the top of the conditioner meaning it’s all lumpy. Really bad service .
