THIS IS AN EXCELLENT TORCH. I USE IT IN THE WOODS TO START SMALL CAMPFIRE, I HAVE USED IT TO MELT ICE FROM AROUND MY CAR TIRES, LIGHT CANDLES. IT FITS VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE HAND. I LIKE THE SAFETY FEATURE WHERE YOU CAN TURN THE BUTTON AND IT WON'T LET YOU PRESS DOWN. IT HAS I HIGH FLAME AND A LOW FLAME WHICH I REALLY LIKE. VERY EASY TO FILL BUTANE. PACKAGING IS VERY NICE IN BOX. GREAT GIFT IF YOU WANT BUT I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE FOR MYSELF. WORTH THE MONEY.

This lighter is beefy and solid. Bought it for camping and it has a great jet flame. Was difficult to fill as the standard nozzle did not seat tightly. Biggest issue I have with it is that it does NOT have a fuel gauge or window to see how full it is and that could be a problem when in the back country or when filling.

Easily the most powerful lighter I have ever used. I feel like I need a welding helmet to use it. If this lighter doesn't burn what you need, it must be flame resistant.

Had it for a day now. Love the design, it feels lighter than it looks. Feels sturdy and couldn't find any wobbly parts. For 15 dollars, it's looks good. Performance wise.. So far, have the refueling issues where it's leaking/spraying everywhere. I saw a video where you're supposed to align it and push gently/not go full open. Will try that when I get off of work. On high settings, it shoots huges flames. Although its glorious, I wanted a torch. This may be due to air getting into the system. I do shake it a bit while lit and it seems to get the air our and it does work as intended. Medium seems to work well, low doesn't seem to have the pressure needed to light. I will be trying the "new" refueling method when I get home to see if works any better.. although I have my doubts.

My old version finally broke after years of use on the golf course. This upgraded version works perfectly. I like the easier to control flame dial.
