Q: Can this fob learn your trucks signal which would allow you to use one fob for your camper and vehicle?

No the remote is not compatible with vehicle lock system

Q: Does the lock give an indication the batteries are dying, or does it just stop working? If so, do you need to still carry the with you keys?

It will make a beeping sound when you open or close the door when the battery is getting low

Q: Will this fit a 2022 Coachmen 270qb Leprechaun motor home

I don't have an absolute answer but, you have to measure your current lock and compare. We installed one on out Thor Challenger 37GT and it fit fine. Most locks are standard size. Ours worked great
