I'm hyper mobile and I used this tape most of the day today instead of my foot braces and oh my God, it feels so nice! It's not sticky it doesn't hurt! It's very effective for what I'm using it for! It rolls a little bit but I think that might have been my fault due to my socks being a little too tight.. but I love it over all! My tank me a bit of trial-and-error due to me having something like this for the first time.But so far , for a first time user , I like it , it's easy to tear too! You judt have to be a little firm with the tearing!

Works once, than throw away
I have significant neuropathy in my feet and I used this as an experiment to cushion my feet before I put on my usual 2 pairs of thick sox. Day 1, worked nicely and was somewhat helpful in reducing discomfort. Day 2, flop. Hard to remove from the previous day's sox and it wouldn't stick to itself as it should after 1 application. Glad I didn't order it in quantity because it could not be used for my original purpose. For other things that require a wrap for a day, good stuff but costs would get high if I used enough on both feet each day and threw it away at night.

Good tape
My daughter uses this tape on her wrists all the time for gymnastics and says it works well. It gives her wrists the support she needs.

Typical Crepe Style Wrap; Works Well.
Used it to wrap a bleeding wound, I'd show it but the pictures we have are a bit gruesome so I guess you'll have to take my word for it. This crepe style of tape works great to hold everything together when in conjunction with gauze and it's just like anything else you should have in your medical kit.

Worked perfectly for wrapping my broken thumb and I love the colour. Keeping the rest on hand just in case, but hoping I never need it!
