Easy to hold and read. Perfect translation for everyday people today!
It is as advertised. Nice dark red hard cover, nice size for my aging hands & eyes. This is a 1992 printing. My original is a 1976 printing. It makes my eyes tire and struggle to follow the lines in order. From previous comments before i ordered this book, I was hoping for a larger print size, it may be only 1 point size or not, however, the lines have more white space between them which makes it easier for my eyes to read while resting on my lap. I have 3 other Versions but I always come back to The Good News For Modern Man Version for easier and quicker understanding. I'm Not a Greek, Hebrew, or Aramic scholar which is sometimes needed for understanding definitions of words used in other versions, such as KJV. I'm keeping this!

Love the big print and of course the scriptures, easy to comprehend

A great Bible!
This Bible is excellent, and I really appreciate its straightforward language. I suggest it for anyone struggling with other translations, but I also recommend reading it alongside a different version for better understanding. It's definitely worth considering if you're interested.

They took out a part
UPDATE: they have one title exactly like my old one so it was my bad for not reading it correctly but I do wish it was the same burgundy color. It’s nice, I got this to replace the same one I got when I didn’t my sacraments so I am very attached to this type. BUT I’m disappointed because they did take out a section. My old bible has been through a lot that I don’t want to lose it so I got… what I assumed would be the same exact one. But besides that it still has the same burgundy cover

Jesus' gift of eternal love. We CANNOT earn Heaven, it's a gift!!
It's an easy read for anyone to read the Bible. This is just the New Testament. EVERYONE should read the Bible. Then you can find out all of God's promises. Jesus loves you so much that He inspired His disciples to write these promises, instructions and words of comfort so that you can know God and be assured of His Presence!!

Die eher einfache Sprache in dieser Bibel ist besonders für Menschen, die nicht so viel Schulbildung haben oder nicht so viel lesen, eine echte Hilfe. Auch von der Stabilität her bin ich mit der Bibel sehr zufrieden.
