This was a gift that was purchased, to be given, so I no longer have access to measurements..it was small, not a hat to really wear, more of a sit on dresser, rooting for whichever team of choice, maybe pull down to play with, kind of cap. A Replica Batting Helmet. If remembering..a fit in my one hand size cap. If need exact measurements, recommend go to the specs if available, or contact Amazon Customer Service, they have spec information at times, or the manufacturer. Hope this helps.

No, it comes with stickers but they're letters and numbers no patches or anything like that

Any adult with a 22 inch diameter head will never fit in a normal-sized cap or helmet... Not even Bruce Bochy has a head THAT large!!! That is like twice the size of a basketball LOL
