yes they do run large i went down a size and now it's a nice tight fit.however, the first shipment was the white ones - all great. next shipment was grey ones. lesser quality and less absorbent

The front of the pad is made correctly but as it goes towards the back of the pad the size doesn't change until the very top and only by about an inch, so it is like a menstrual pad. It does not cover your entire buttocks only about two inches on either side of your separation. Then the outer fabric does not really hold shape so once you put it on you realize your cheeks are hanging out. You can try to adjust it but it just doesn't work. I bought large based on 38 waist and weighing 210. I think it would be great for someone who is bedridden and cannot move. It is very affordable and comfortable when not moving but if you have to walk you will be adjusting it from between your legs. It's a great deal in price though of you need something quick so now I'm going to have to go to the store and get depends. Which sadly is not expensive but I guess worth it. I will admit it looks like the picture mostly but they don't show a pic of the back. I give it 3 stars, they are affordable, seem durable, and the elastic in the band stretches back and forth without losing any elasticity.

Alright, no one wants to talk about this stuff, much less see 60-somethings running around in diapers. Give it up; lose your pride if you need to. Do it carefully and fold them up right away and the issue is self-contained.Another item that I found to be extremely useful are 4-gallon scented trash can liners that you can put in small trash cans in your bathrooms (with spare bags on the bottom), so that when you ARE handling a situation, you can get rid of the now-soiled underwear liner neatly and without odor.You've heard about bug-out bags? Well, I created a BUTT-OUT bag with 3 spare liners and dude wipes, so now I am really "good to go", pun intended. On the job site, a restaurant, friend's house - doesn't matter, I can handle pretty much any issue now.Yes, it's embarrassing to talk about it, but if I can help someone else having similar issues to get some level of relief around all this, then fine - let me be embarrassed. These liners have improved the quality of my life and they can improve yours as well.
