Is it a common issue for the glasses to fall out of the keychain case?

My wife bought me a pair of these about a year ago and i love them. Id keep them in my pocket because between riding my motorcycles and driving my truck id forget them on a keychain. As for them falling out ive never had this problem. They're very secure in the locking case. So if you lose them due to this reason you didnt lock them in the case properly.

Mine have gotten quite scratched and are now unusable. Do I send them in for replacement under the lifetime warranty?

Yeah, Good luck with that... I was told I could, so I sent in all three of the pairs I bought. That was in February, this is approaching the end of August and I’ve yet to receive the new ones or even so much as an email from the company. Pretty much a lost cause.

does this include 1 pair of glasses or 2? on the thin optics website it's $24.95 + s&h for the keychain and 2 pairs.

Just FYI the people mentioning the 2 for 1 deal are from 5 years ago. As of 2022 the site is offering 1 for that price, not 2. I just checked.
