David Delight Plus with White Light LED Glasses - Best Light and Sound Mind Machine for Brain Training, Meditation, Relaxation, Sleep, Mood, Mental Clarity

Expensive and cheesy in my opinion.

I had another brand of "mind machine" in the early '90s while in college and used it with great affect while studying and decompressing after classes and clinicals. The product had many options and I never really learned how to properly select them. Fast forward to the present and my purchase of the David Delight Plus. It is very compact, the instructions are clear as well as the theory behind the device. The controls are easy to understand and use, I can change most options by touch. The tones are NOT the same as some have suggested. I try using it at least once per day and enjoy the results immensely. Well Done Dave!

This machine is simply fantastic, I wouldn't want to be without it. It's an amazing alternative to high priced, in office neurofeedback machines. I do think anyone who uses it should get a brain map done first by a neurofeedback specialist, though. Not all of the programs are a fit for every user. Excepting the sleep programs, perhaps. Generally speaking, you need to understand which programs would work best for you and which ones wouldn't, and only a brain map and a qualified specialist can give you that information. Brain maps are usually $150ish. The Mind Alive company is extremely helpful.

The machine is still a mystery to me.

all the tones and lights are the same,,not relaxing at all, just annoying,don't waste your money

I just went to use this for the first time and the cord to the glasses is faulty. Hoping the company gets back to me about replacing it.

This is a modern version of a similar machine I used in my 20’s and 30’s. It works great and there are so many options available. I use it for relaxation and sleep mostly and it works great. When I first used a light sound machine it helped with memory and depression. I have used this one 6-7 times and it’s really great. I think you will love it as much as I do.
