Price little bit expensive, but it pays for good quality.

Excelente adición a mi juego de herramientas de 12 volts. Un poco cara pero vale la pena. 👍

Bosch FL12 LED work light: 330 Lumens makes this the second brightest light in the group and currently it is my favorite light. Not because it produces 330 lumens of light but because it is the second brightest, has the longest run time of 6 hours on max brightness, run time doubles on low setting, pivoting magnetic base with a built in carabiner that is easy to use and useful. The pivoting magnetic base with built in carabiner is made of solid aluminum and feels Very solid, it is attached to the light itself very securely. The Bases tension is adjustable using the screw on the side. As you pivot the Bosch fl12 on it’s base it is locked into place every few degrees with a detent mechanism which keeps the light from losing its position due to the weight of the light (no it’s not a heavy light). The light lense is framed in aluminum but the body appears to be a type of composite maybe even a poly-carbonite (high quality, durable type of plastic) or Reinforced Plastic. There is no mention of it’s resistance to water of fluids, however the Bosch fl12 LED work light does appear to be sealed up really well and I believe that it should survive a drop or 2 into a bucket of whatever fluid you are unfortunate enough to drop it in. The power button is a simple on/off type button however if you hold the button down it will switch the work light to it’s low setting. This low setting is not retained when you turn the light off. you will have to switch it to low every time you turn the Bosch fl12 work lighton. This is a well made light and a Good value at only $48.99 w/out battery on Amazon. One thing i should note is that the low output setting on this light puts out plenty of light for most situations, i sometimes have trouble distinguishing which power level I am using. Things that i don’t like about the Bosch FL12 10 LED work light is that the power button is in an awkward location that i often have trouble finding without looking at the light (it will take getting used to), the low power setting is not retained when the light is turned off and requires you to switch it to the low power setting every time you use it. I don’t know if this will happen but the carabiner has the potential to become bent if you drop the light in just the right way. This has not happened to me yet and i have dropped it a few times already. Now with that said you should be able to just bend it back into place since it is solid aluminum.

I had the same light that came with a Bosch promotion a few years ago. It’s great. Super bright and very tough. I have dropped mine countless if times, left it in the rain. Never missed a bit. Unfortunately it got misplaced. Highly recommended

I was toying with the idea of getting a dedicated work light for my battery system for quite some time. I didn’t want to spend the $70 on it since I can buy so many other lights for half of that that do not use my battery but still are good, like the nembo lights. After much deliberation I decided to go for it and it has been a great decision. I used one of my older 1.2amp batteries to power it and it last for hours and hours. Note, if you hold down the on button it will dim to a more energy efficient setting. This only marginally reduced the output yet saves much battery life. The real deal maker for this light is the size and mounting options. It has 5 ways to prop it up in your work space: floor standing, caribeener, nail hook, magnet and tripod. With battery it is also one of the smallest lights you can buy for a tool battery system. It fits into pitlight holes so I can run wires. The other lights would have been too big. Bosch also has another 12v light that is more wand like, but I did not like how it lacked many ways to secure it to different surfaces. Light output is very good. I can put it on the ground and it illuminates the whole room enough to comfortably do work. There are definitely more powerful lights out there but they are bigger and run more batteries. I just didn’t find this lacked light. It’s so small you can clip it on your tool bag and go. Also the build quality is a 10. Nice aluminum edges and strong Bosch plastic. The magnets are so powerful you can secure it to one drywall screw! Yes, it’s that strong. Great job Bosch.
