Update: I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they replaced my faulty unit. I’m so used to this towel warmer that I don’t think I can live without it, especially on colder days. Bought this towel warmer on July 11, 2023. Used it on a daily basis, very solid performance. Evenly warms one towel. Fits two towels, but maybe because of the volume, circulation is not too well and you get hot/cold spots. It suddenly stopped working on Feb. 22, 2025. Had a good run, but would've liked it to work for longer. Looking for a different brand for more durable product.

I gave them a bad review at first because I had contacted them about their product and they did not initially get right back to me, but they reached out to me and sent us a replacement product. You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Zadro for showing all the other companies how to treat their customers. It worked great for awhile, but then quit working. Did not have it a year. Reached out to the company and did not receive a response. This is a lot of money to spend for it to quit working so quickly.

First - all the pics people have posted of the inside paint flaking off are true and that starts happening immediately after the first few uses. I had it about a year and used it almost daily. Sometimes towels were hot - sometimes they were barely warm - and sometimes had super hot spots but also bone cold spots. BUT NOW FOR THE FIRE DANGER - one day it hadn’t been used at all and I walked into the bathroom and when I went near the towel warmer it was putting off heat like a freaking space heater. The lights were NOT on on the unit and it was making an electric ticking sound like it would when it was actually turned on, except the ticks were much faster. I opened the lid and the fumes that hit me in the face were shocking. The bottom plastic area was warped and melting and you could see the actual fumes coming out into the room. The outside of the machine was so hot I could barely pick it up and take it out of the room after unplugging it. THANK GOD I was home and I can’t even begin to imagine the devastation in my life if this piece of junk burst into flames and killed my two fur babies while I was gone. I don’t know how this company is allowed to sell something so life threatening on Amazon.

We purchased this towel warmer and used it daily during cold weather periods, but not at all during warm seasons. The tower warmer stopped working about 16 months after we purchased it, out of the warranty period. I did a bit of research an found that others had similar issues. I wrote to the manufacturer and asked that they honor their warranty given our experience was apparently a common one likely due to a manufacturing or design issue even though we were 4 months past the warranty expiration. They asked us for a few questions and pictures, approved the warranty claim promptly once that information was provided, and sent us a new unit at their cost. So, (a) I want to call out a company for doing the right thing and being responsive, (b) recommend the product during the period that it worked property, but (c) am withholding 5 stars because there appears to be some manufacturing or design issues.

Bought fir a gift for my husband and he loves it!

It’s big but it’s taller than it is wide so it fits nicely in a corner and it’s very lightweight and easy to move. How we use it: Turn it on when we first get in the bathroom and drop our towel in like you are placing it in a hamper. We have regular and big towels. Within 10 to 15 minutes the towel is warm. We usually only heat 1 towel at a time but it has worked well with 2 towels at once. This is not a microwave so you do need some patience with heating towels. We never tried rolling towels or packing more than 2 at a time, that could lead to performance problems. We do use it every day and it is simple to use and convenient. The default 15 minutes always works for us even if it turns off before we get out of the shower. We have also used it with a pair of sweatpants and sweatshirt and it was magical.

Love love, love this, especially in the winter. you can put your towel, your robe and your slippers inside at the same time . Highly recommend and perfect as a gift.

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Not a good quality ! Do not waste your money

Bought for Christmas grandkids were very happy

I bought 2 of these within 3 months of each other. One has completely failed and won't turn on and the 2nd one is getting more difficult to turn on each day. Not likely to last another month, based on the one that has already failed. I suspect the switches are of very poor integrity and fail easily. It is disappointing, because initially the towel warmer worked great...so much so that I bought a second one. Add to that the price has jumped by almost a $100 in the last year. I reached out to Amazon, but was told I needed to deal with the Seller directly. Good luck with that. There are numerous reviews with exactly this same problem. Bottom line....."AVOID THIS PRODUCT."
