Very nice knife. Easy to handle, cuts very well,. Nice that a sheath is included as I recommend keeping the knife in it to prevent accidental cutting. Its that sharp!

Over the years I have been disappointed with every kitchen knife I purchased. Most would not hold an edge, and the angle of the cutting edge was too great to provide the sharpness I sought. I purchased four different Huusk knives, Viking style Butcher knife 8” Japan Chef knife, 3” Damascus Paring knife, and 12” sharpener rod, and I am very pleased with all four. I will caution you that these knives are straight razor sharp so for the first few weeks handle them carefully until you get the hang of using them. A quick run over the steel after a few uses maintains the edges. If you are looking for a ’Sharp’ knife for your kitchen, I recommend these knives.

Im writing second review, they replace knife and this one is sharp and biutiful, nicely finished, I finally satisfy. Price is preety cheap.

Seems like a decent knife especially for the price. Mine came in dull but after placing it across my stone it is now razor sharp and has held its edge for the 5 or 6 times I used it thus far.

Beautiful knife. Extremely sharp. And it came in a very tasteful black, red lined gift box. When you buy someone a knife for a gift, the tasteful box adds value. Some others I have purchased, despite being good quality knives, came in a poorly designed gift box with "Made in China" prominently printed on the box - which diminished the value of the gift. So I am very pleased with the Huusk knife. I will order from Huusk again.

The item is weighted perfectly and made of pretty durable steel. I am still figuring out what to cut with because with some items it is incredibly sharp but try slice a tomato and nothing.

For the price point this product is undeniably. Amazing! It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is nice and heavy full tank. Cuts through chicken and other meats like butter exactly what I want. I am an avid hunter active in the field. This was very well constructed and I definitely would purchase it again For a different size of blade. To me, you either get five stars or you get one star. I find the stars in the middle completely unusable and stupid. This absolutely gets five stars!

Two thumbs up. I believe within a month it will be 1 1/2 thumbs up as half will probably be cut off. The knife is sharp sharp sharp. First try was on a cherry tomato. I believe I made 10 razor thin cuts. The description is advertised 318 g. Not true. Total weight is 253 g, still it’s a nice weight and fits well in the hand. The sheath is 3rd grade leather. All in all, I’m happy with my choice. Upon reading other reviews before purchase, I posted questioning why people are complaining the knife was dull upon delivery. I received two responses agreeing with me. Hence the tomato test. I was sceptical and was ready to return it if it didn’t perform. I’ll have to wait until it needs some sharpening. To me, it was worth the buy

Recently received my knife and at first sight, it looked like a very good product. First, out of the box, I needed to sharpen it since the edge was not that great. I then tried the knife cutting such veggies like carrots, cucumbers and green onions. I found the knife to cut best near the center but found it heavy and awkward to hold. The knife is built solid and looks absolutely awesome. I find the more I use it the more I’m getting used to it. Thanks
