First impression
First off this is not a thick hacking blade , more of a cutting blade. Personally work better suited for a hatchet . To each his own .More like a spider co Morgan than say a Serrata . The knife feels comfortable in the hand but has a slimmer grip than most .The blade has the same specks as a 440c which excels as a thinner blade .The sheath is better than most . Not entirely sure if I like it yet but at least it is a kydex style .Rides a little lower on the belt than most .Usually you get a decent knife with a useless sheath .Knife makers please read that again , the sheath most of you send with your expensive blades leads one to believe you don’t carry your own knives. This is a first impression that I will try to expand on after some use and sharpening . Over all a very good buy and an impressive knife at this time

Super sharp and sturdy
Great knife, super sharp, holds an edge, ergos are good too. Sheath is solid as well, good retention with no shakes or rattles. The little rotating clip isn't the best, but it's easily removed and can be replaced with a better attachment method. For the price the attachment method is NOT a deal breaker at all. I'll be looking at other kizer knives as well now.

Nice knife, but thin grip and thin blade
The grips on this blade have some texture to them and shouldn't slip in wet hands, but are a bit thin. Definitely do not fill the palm. The blade is very sharp out of the box, but is thin enough I'm concerned about it's durability if it sees heavy use. Verdict is still out on the leaf blade shape. Perhaps it'll grow on me. Was considering returning the knife, but considering the price was cheap, I'll probably hang on to it, though it will probably sit in a drawer more than it'll be carried. The kydex sheath has good retention and is adjustable for vertical or horizontal carry, though the clip causes the knife to sit rather far out from the belt. It is a nice knife and quality is very good for the price. Worth the $59 I paid for it. UPDATE: Having carried this knife all day for the last few days, my opinion has somewhat changed. The sheath has turned out to be better than expected. The knife disappears under a t-shirt and is light enough that I forget I have it on. Though the jury is still out on the blade shape, this has become a real good carry option.

Great fixie
Great blade shape that keeps the cutting work in the path of the edge. Razor sharp out of the box. Good lured sheath with no rattling. Ergos are fantastic. Great fixie for the money!

Excellent knife
The knife looks good and was razor sharp. I liked the sheath but was not crazy about the belt clip. I will just replace it with one that tightens up and works for me.

Decent knife, bad sheath
The knife is of decent quality, but the sheath is horrible. The screws are tightened so tight that it cannot be reoriented, and they strip if you try and undo them due to being very cheap metal.

Wow, what a sleeper!
I really didnt know what to expect from this knife. Is it a skinner? Is it daily carry? Is it a collection piece? Yes. I have been very pleasantly with this knife. The knife has a darn near perfect balance, the handle is light but dense and grippy. The blade is a great utility size and I will be using this for just about everything. The knife is light and lean but it is dense so it doesn't feel like a cheap $7 Walmart knife. The sheath is very light, has a seemingly sturdy plastic/poly clip and swivel. The sheath itself is a similar poly/plastic material (I'm not sure what exactly) but the knife fits absolutely perfectly and stays put (it won't be falling out easily.) The sheath is narrow enough that you don't even notice you have it on your hip. For the price (I paid $58) I think this knife is a fantastic value and you will be very surprised at how much you like the knife. You will have a decision to make, do you put it in your 'collection' where it will get no dings or chips or do you keep it on your hip and use it regulary. I might just have to get another to put one in the collection too.

Not worth it
I was really excited to get this knife but was disappointed with it. It's a perfect size for EDC comes razor sharp out the box but that doesn't last as this knife does not hold a edge. The sheath is terrible, knife keeps wanting to go in at a strange angle and keeps cutting into the sheath. The paint easily comes off the knife, mine has a bunch of scratches and that's from pulling it out of the sheath about 5 times. I do not recommend this knife.
