Great product, magical and beautiful
Arrived in good time, well packaged and just as described. My 12 year old son was mesmerised and thought it was like something out of Lord of the Rings. Good purchase.

Cones smell absolutely terrible, smell clings to your fingers as well, definitely buy other cones from somewhere else

I didn't know what to expect, but I'm impressed, took a little minute for it to get going. But it does exactly what it said it should do and I really like the dragon, it's quite cute 😍

I gave this backflow incense burner to a friend who practices Thai massage and loves Eastern traditions. He absolutely loved it! The ceramic design with Buddha and lotus is beautiful and calming. The aroma lasts around 20–30 minutes, which he said is perfect for setting the mood at the start of a massage or meditation session. The waterfall smoke effect is mesmerizing and adds a peaceful ambiance.

The bad: - First dragon I ordered, the head was tilted too much and the HEM cones I bought to use with this would not balance and kept falling over. Even the provided cones would barely stay in place. Sent back for an exchange and the new dragon is manufactured correctly. - the provided cones smell like a firework punk, so I definitely recommend buying the HEM brand ones (one of my favorites is Dragons blood - fitting, haha). The good: - This little dragon is beautiful looking and made from good strong material - very peaceful to watch the incense flowing down like a waterfall - the cone sits good on the new dragon and plenty of smoke goes down through it - great price at under $20

Works as intended though the cones are a bit wide for the holder so you have to cram the things on it. Takes a bit for it to get going and any draft will affect the flow of smoke.
