Pretty inconsistent quality control, but very very few clients react to the adhesive.

Used this for years and love it but now this is the 2nd time it is totally different. The coat shrink wrap that protects Anne roll is cellophane and wrinkled up. The tape holding rolled is different and now it’s thin, curls up, adhesive is weak. Idk how it can be a certain way then randomly a couple months out of the year it looks like a totally different company made it. Wish they’d stop

This used to be my favorite derm brand but the last roll I bought is far thinner and harder to apply. The corners curl and it sticks to itself while trying to put it on when it used to be rigid enough to apply securely without any issues. Clients have also complained that it no longer stays on for the recommended duration. Very disappointing, if this continues I will definitely be switching to a new brand.
