I had my colon removed earlier this year, and was told that because of my new ileostomy I would constantly be battling dehydration so I should find good electrolyte drinks. The standard, of course, are drinks like Gatorade and Powerade, but that’s a lot of sugar, plus a whole bunch of other unpronounceable things! So I went on a quest to find other alternatives. Boy, did that open a can of worms. There are so many options, but they all fell flat for me. I do not care for either standard sugar replacers like aspertame and sucralose (both because I don’t like the taste and they are not very good for you), but I also don’t care for most “healthier” sweeteners (like stevia and erythritol). Well—that’s pretty much all of the options. You can wipe out half the options based on the aspertame and sucrslose, and the other hslf have stevia. Like, ALL of them. And I so dislike stevia, it only takes a hint of it and I can taste it, and most things with stevia do NOT put just a little in. Enter this powder. My dad is the one who introduced it to me. He likewise greatly dislikes stevia, but assured me that he doesn’t even notice it in this (he tried multiple flavors, and to him the raspberry flavor was his favorite, both in flavor and minimally noticeable stevia). I tried the raspberry and agreed: not a noticeable stevia flavor, but with ingredients I can feel good about!! So I immediately ordered two of the variety packs that have four single serve envelopes of four flavors each, and wiped out the orange flavor first! There are others that I like as well, but the orange is the one I always come back to. And by buying it in this bill container it makes it so much more affordable! So whether you like orange, or grape or passion fruit, this brand is the best, both for flavor choices, price, taste, and health benefits.

Ultima is my FAVORITE electrolyte replacement. I have at least 1, usually 2-3 a day. The taste is delicious. Dissolves easily. Works well - helps my muscle recovery/fatigue.

Good tasting and wholesome, but there are cheaper options out there. It's still much cheaper than having a Gatorade habit, and the ingredients are better than Gatorade.

Live this stuff. Daily drink. I usually buy the orange and grape flavors but have bought others and all are great.

Great product, but the orange flavor tastes like Tang which I just personally am not crazy about. I really recommend the pina colada flavor, hands down THE BEST.

I love this mix and use it everyday! It’s so good and good for me. I also love the fact that it’s made with Stevia and not sugar. Sooo good and healthy! Give it a try.
