The flavor is relatively natural ands does well in quenching thirst. I get BodyArmor drinks because they have the highest concentration of electrolytes.

Hydrates greatly!
We used these for Ramadan to hydrate in the morning before fasting. They aren’t very saturated in sugar and very smooth. Very hydrating and cools stomach aches.Defintely keeeping this in the fridge.
