Really worked! Had to do a couple rounds and then continuous warm water being sprayed in the ear but the earwax fell right out! Worth it! Super easy

It is fast acting, not oily and quick to use.

I had one ear impacted with wax. This worked really well on first try (after having tried Debrox and the small syringe that came with it and having no improvement ). After a plugged up ear for two weeks, this was my last attempt before going to urgent care. I tried this stuff with the Medi grade ear wax removal kit and it worked in one try. I left the drops in for 20 mins and then spent almost a half hour spraying my ear out. It took me awhile to get the hang of it. I didn't have one huge lump of wax come out, but it slowly broke up all the light wax, then finally a small dark piece of wax came out and I could finally could hear properly again! Highly recommend the two products together!
