Easy installation kinda scary how easy it is. I use a HP Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF (an older machine) and it was very easy installing it. The driver part was a little bit confusing with the specs of my machine but it worked. It can run pretty good games at around medium tier resolution. The fps takes a hit at around there. It is unplayable at high and very high resolution but medium and lower is playable with pretty good graphics. I’d def say purchase it if you need a quick quality gpu for a game you really want to play that is unplayable with your system graphics. I really needed one for bannerlord mount and blade 2 and it runs that pretty well on medium to low resolution. For me I’d give it a 3.5-4 stars but for price purposes it’s easy 4 stars. Thank you guys for making the product and I would def suggest to buy it if reading above fits your guidelines

It was easy to install, and then reality set in. The fan was noisy, and not just a steady hum. It sounded like a fan with a dry or worn bearing. since it was a new item, it is reasonable to assume that the product quality was low, not to mention that the noise was unpleasant. The picture appeared to have a slight, thin, film over the entire image. The image was not as bright and clear as the original HP equipment. There was no paperwork at all. None. The return is in process.

It came in a box that was MUCH too large so I transferred the cushioned ESD package to a plastic bag with the box label for immediate storage. This card is just insurance for the DELL 7050 SFF if the presently installed Video Card has a problem and needs to be replaced. I really don't know which one is better, since the 2GB DDR-5 works perfectly but the 4GB could actually work the same or even better. At any rate, making sure that the card will fit into the DELL SFF is important and this is the time to have an alternative ready. The computer is an i7 and very fast so when it gets into deep graphics territory I want to be prepared. (Sometimes these cards can be very hard to find.) Like the other card it has the SFF plates that require some disassembly and rebuilding in order to fit into the SFF format. A Great Deal without breaking the bank! The more massive Graphics Cards that run hotter and require more cooling don't seem as necessary for just Graphics. For gaming and high frame rates yes, but as long as there's enough RAM (32GB) that fixes a lot of potential problems that might otherwise cause an operation to fail. As it is, this computer has been set-aside for future use. The full desktop that I'm using now does everything with massive SSD external drives that will simply transfer everything to the newer i7 should something fail. Over the years it has become important to keep thinking "what next?" and be prepared for anything that could possibly happen, to avoid waiting, delays, and getting the right parts for repair.

Originally purchased for high end video and photo editing. It works great for these high resolution and speed projects. I would expect high dollar cards would be necessary for gaming.
