Suddenly the pipe connection is not standard ½ and adapter is not included, you have to buy it separately. An в this is not mentioned in description! Another days waist why waiting for adaptyers.

Not the standard water fitting size. It isn’t the standard size so the union isn’t attaching to the sink, I’ve been wasting a whole day trying to find a place that would sell an adapter fitting but non have this size. It’s hard for me to even order the adapter online because 1) I’ll have to wait at least 2 weeks to return it 2) it’s hard for me to confirm the exact size so I can’t just order online and wait 2 weeks to try if I even ordered the correct size.

Well when I opened the package I was impressed with the quality and design for the price paid. I wanted the non pull up hose and I also wanted the spring holding the hose to be long enough to avoid premature wear against the hose when pulling on it. That is what I got when I opened the package. The sprayer part feels heavy and quality. Thank you. Since now I have installed and used this style of faucet I want to add more opinion. I really like this style. I can turn the faucet on at the lever and it can stay on. Then when I press the sprayer it sprays and turns off. The same with the other flow part of this faucet. The flow lever will turn on and off by one hand and is always water accessible. I truly find this style an ease to use and very functional and convenient to use.

I bought it because the reviews were amazing but I’m now seeing lots of crazy leaks are happening. I loved this faucet as I could stop the water flow while keeping the temperature the same. I used the sprayer last night like I always had and upon release it started leaking like crazy. Plumber today…thought it would be easy fix but no…the cartridge is in the metal housing that you can’t get to. So no chance in repairing. I’m hoping that Wewe or Amazon will make it right. In the mean time I had to purchase a new faucet that is missing features I loved on this one. UPDATE: I contacted the company and within 12 hours they responded and made it 100% right. The leak deserves a one star but the company gets a five!!!

Very happy with this faucet. The quality feels solid and well-built, especially for the price. Installation was straightforward and all the necessary parts were included. The water flow is smooth, the handle operates easily, and the pull-down sprayer works great with good pressure. The soap dispenser is a nice bonus and matches perfectly. Overall, it looks modern, works exactly as expected, and feels like a much more expensive faucet. Highly recommend.
